Located in minutes from the Delaware Water Gap, Shawnee Mountain, Bushkill Falls and many more attractions, this 5-bedroom house is perfect for a large group. It features 5 queen beds, 3 twin beds, full-size crib, a Japanese futon, and amenities like heating, WiFi, A/C, and a washer/dryer for a comfortable stay. The 2.5 bathrooms include showers, a bathtub, a hair dryer and toiletries. Enjoy a board game tournament or relax on the balcony while admiring mountain wildlife. Explorer the area and fall in love with East Stroudsburg and its charm!
Make yourself feel right at home! You'll have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay (the only exception being 2 small closets with cleaning supplies).
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking oil, salt and spices, coffee-maker, electric kettle, coffee/tea/sugar/creamer, bath soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, TV, free WiFi, linens (towels, sheets, duvets), comfy queen and twin beds, comforters, fluffy blankets and pillows, board games, books, toys, and more!

To help keep the space comfortable for everyone—including guests with allergies—please keep pets downstairs, off the furniture (especially beds), and don't leave them unattended in the house. The best way to describe our neighbourhood is that you can always find things to do that everyone will enjoy - no matter the size of the group.
There are dozens of hiking trails with breathtaking views that vary in intensity, there are places to do extreme (and not so extreme!) sports, there are fun family attractions for kids of all ages, shopping places, great restaurants and so much more!

We take great pride in taking care of our home - deep-cleaning it between our guests, making sure that our guests have everything they need for a fun, relaxing and comfortable stay, adding little touches so the space feels like home.
Our place is located in a beautiful community that has five private lakes. They add so much tranquility to the landscape. Not all of the lakes are accessible to swim in but all add to the charm!
Our home is spacious and is perfect for large families and groups. With so many places to see and things to do nearby, everyone will be able to have fun!
