Location, proximity to the beach and town was fabulous. We greatly enjoyed Inez's breakfasts and Marlow. They treated us like family. Maria's assistance with scheduling transportation and excursions was super helpful. Our multi generational family greatly enjoyed the house and town. The areas for improvement could be : up grading the septic so flushing toilet paper would be possible; updating the information in the house notebook for accurate phone numbers in a crisis and making sure all of the I said amenities work well (showers and safes).

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and the location of Villa Cascada! I’m glad that our house manager Maria was to be in constant communication with your group. And that our house staff helped make your stay extra enjoyable! Sorry for the confusion, it is possible to flush toilet paper. However because of our proximity to the beach, and Tamarindo’s environmental sensitivity, we have a smaller septic and ask guests to flush as little paper as possible to avoid septic issues. We are in the process of updating our book but all emergency numbers are accurate. While one of our showers is a little finicky, the safes and showers are all in working order. however in the future, if a need of any kind should arise our house manager Maria is always able to assist!
