Welcome Kaluma where comfort meets nature. Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle in our private parking, providing you with total security. The villa is fully equipped for your comfort and includes access to internet to keep you connected. It features a private pool where you can relax while admiring the surrounding natural landscape.

We invite you to explore the lakes, river, and trails that traverse the property, surrounded by a variety of crops. Not only can you enjoy their beauty, but we also invite you to pick and take with you some of our natural products. Try the fresh lemons, avocados, guanabanas, ñampí, and rambutan that grow here.

Enjoy sunrises or sunsets from the terrace, a perfect spot to relax and appreciate the beauty of the property. Remember, during your stay at Kaluma the entire space is yours to enjoy and explore. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms!

Getting Around:
Kaluma is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from La Fortuna, providing a quiet, peaceful, and private environment with a stronger connection to nature, away from the bustle of the city center. It has private parking and a specific area to park more than one vehicle, therefore, we recommend using a car to travel to La Fortuna.

The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for quiet walks, allowing you to immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere. Within the property, you'll also find trails for walking and connecting with nature.

In addition, the neighborhood is equipped with amenities for your convenience. There's a supermarket just a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away, which makes acquiring any necessities during your stay easy. Enjoy the balance between convenience and tranquility at Kaluma.

Other Things to Note:
Before booking at Kaluma we want to ensure you are aware of some specifics of our space. On our extensive 13-hectare property, you might come across our gardener "Harlin", who takes care of the overall terrain and our crops. Our cleaning lady might also be present, both of whom will always respect your privacy.

It's important to note that while the house and pool are for exclusive use, certain areas of the property, such as trails, lakes, river, and crops, are shared spaces. This shared space offers the opportunity to meet and interact with other guests while you enjoy exploring nature.

For your convenience and safety, the water supplied in our property is potable.
