This beautiful home is a home run for anyone who experiences it. Walking distance to the Founders Park Stadium, 5 minute drive to the Colonial Life Arena and Williams–Brice Stadium. After exploring the city or attending your favorite sports event, relax in your own private hot tub and hammock.

Fully remodeled to maximize guests experience! This stylish property includes a King size bed, hot tub, coffee, and other things needed during your stay. Planning a special trips? Let us help you add a special something. Message me to get planning.

Full access to unit

Messaging through the app and we will be able to respond once to message comes through.
- Any late check outs extending past 12:00 pm without consent will result in a one-time $50 fee.

- Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property.

- Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. We understand that things happen. However, failure to do so will result in said damages and/or breakages being reported

- No food, drink, or glass use in Hot Tub at any time, please return cover after use and turn off jets.

- Before checking out, Please start a load of laundry with any linens or towels you used during your stay.

- Please start the dishwasher before you leave. Those cycles last forever.

- If you adjusted the temperature during your stay, please change the thermostat back to: (75 in Summer/ 68 in Winter).

- If you brought your pet(s) with you, please be sure to tidy up after them! We love animals, but we do not want to find any pet surprises after your departure!

Great pet friendly place to stay. We enjoyed a walk to the river just outside to the left. It’s only 5 minutes away from a Publix and close to all the downtown action. Owners were great with communication. Hot tub to relax and friendly neighbors. Easy check in! We enjoyed our visit to Columbia South Carolina at this VRBO!

Super cute property with excellent decor—every little detail made it feel extra cozy and welcoming! The fenced-in yard was perfect for our pets while traveling, giving them a safe space to roam. We also loved how close it was to tons of great restaurants and local spots. The whole stay was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming and pet-friendly getaway!

Had a great time

This was a one night stop on a road trip, while touring colleges for my daughter. It was spacious and clean and located close to the SC campus. The WiFi , towels for jacuzzi, and morning coffee hit the spot and the fenced in yard for the dog was a bonus (the neighborhood made a good walk too). Thank you!

The host was easy to communicate with at firstAs we raised someone issues that were supposed to be handled but unfortunately they never were. The back yard is very over grown and notWell maintained. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting with a film in the whole thing along with bugs, also bad Oder. After leaving and comingBack to the property we walked into the awful smell of pure marijuana that never seemed to let up. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink were none existent and the stairs are a serious trip hazard as my father did in fact trip 2 times walking up them. House was over all okay I guess , looked different then pictures made it seem. Lots of scuff marks, ripped screen on front door. Definitely used a lot. Mattress sheets had some staining but you get what you pay for I guess. I did expect more for what we paid and the main reason being to use hot tub in evening and we never gotTo. Definitely very disappointed

The best part of this home is its location. We were able to park the car and walk to campus each day. We also took our dog on a walk to the river each morning. We even walked over to go to a baseball game. The house was very clean and comfortable. It fit the three of us well. The stairs were a little difficult, but taking them slowly worked well. The kitchen had limited supplies, but we made it work and enjoyed most of our meals right there. The bathroom is on the first floor and nicely renovated. The water pressure in the bathroom is weak, but it does the job. Our dog was comfortable and enjoyed having the fenced in backyard.

Communication at check in and out was great! Mostly automated.Location is quiet for Columbia. King bed foam, but comfortable. Something to note-duplex-thin walls downstairs. Bedrooms located upstairs, one bathroom for both, is downstairs. Living space and kitchen are nice-except kitchen is poorly stocked and could use a major refresh for pots pans utensils etcUpon starting washer before my departure-There were dirty towels in the washer and the dryer was full of towels-hence why I didn’t have a washcloth during my stay. The water pressure as mentioned by another, is poor in the bathroom sink and shower when diverter is up. Toilet seat very loose. A thorough deep clean of Cobwebs and spiders need to be addressed throughout in corners of ceilings. Great spot if you can manage stairs-just needs a little attention to cleanliness details.

The hot tub was stinky, water not sanitized, sanitizer broken on the ground; tryed to use it but got out fast. Coffee maker did not work, water pressure on sink in bathroom and shower was bad. The steps have a incorrect height on the middle step which caused a trip and fall hazard. The neighbors partied until 1:30 am playing beer pong, very loud didn't sleep. The property is clean and otherwise worked well for our stay. The booking was efficient and friendly even though last minute. We didn't need to spend much time at the vrbo; but a few things could certainly be improved regarding the hot tub, and water pressure, along with a working coffee maker.
