We have tons of free driveway and street parking available. There are plenty of useful and exciting locations such as grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance or a quick 2-minute drive.
We would like to inform you that this unit is located on the basement level, with the possibility of an upstairs unit being rented out at the same time. As a result, you may occasionally hear footsteps from above.
To mitigate any disturbance, we have installed 2 layers of insulation to help reduce noise transmission between floors.
