The main level is perfect for entertaining, featuring a chef’s kitchen equipped with EnergyStar KitchenAid appliances, dual contemporary seating islands, and views of the sparkling coastline. Adjacent to the kitchen are the north formal living room, with a sleeper sofa option, and the south family room, complete with a Smart TV on an electronic lift, wet bar, and wine cooler. Both spaces open to private deck with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining, and seating—ideal for sunset gatherings. This level also includes a full bathroom for guests' convenience.

-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $300/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-Parking for this home is two driveway spots, as there is no access to the garage area of the home.
-Please note this home has a shared wall with a studio ADU which may have a long-term tenant during your stay. This tenant shares no portion of the rental shown in this listing and will not interfere with your stay whatsoever.
