Esta casa adosada se encuentra cerca del Montage Resort en una comunidad privada con acceso privado a la playa para residentes e invitados. Este townhome de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se destaca con vistas panorámicas al mar en el dormitorio principal, así como vistas al mar en la sala de estar. También cuenta con una cocina remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, completamente equipada con utensilios para cocinar y comer, tostadora, cafetera, baños remodelados, WI-FI GRATUITO y cable básico, un televisor de pantalla grande en la sala de estar, completamente amueblado en todas las habitaciones, y un garaje cubierto adjunto para dos automóviles. En la comunidad tiene comodidades, como acceso a dos piscinas, canchas de tenis, frente a la playa sala de la comunidad y frente al mar cabaña con cocina completa disponible para la reserva, impresionantes miradores para y mucho más.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! Comfortable accomodations and views are spectacular. Private and easy access to beach for residents is a plus! Pet friendly and very nice amenities. Will definitely book again.

Amazing location

We had a great stay in this lovely complex! The location really couldn’t be better. Beach access on property is amazing and the adjacent stairs next to the Montage resort leads to several lovely coves, great for snorkeling. The unit was comfortable and having access to the saltwater pool, fitness center, and tennis court was a great perk.

Perfect Location

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely town home in Laguna Beach. We were greeted by Ling upon arrival who was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure our stay would be great. All of the necessities were easily accessible from kitchen utensils to beach towels. The views off of the master bedroom were beautiful as well as in the living room. The town home is very spacious with large bedrooms and closets. One of our favorite beaches in Laguna Beach, Victoria Beach, was just short walk away. One day we went to the beach 4 times because it was so easy to get to. This definitely is the location to be in when visiting Laguna Beach, highly recommended!

Beautiful Ocean Views

We can't say enough about this property! It was clean, well-appointed and fully stocked with everything we needed INCLUDING shampoo/conditioner and soap! The owner was extremely accommodating in meeting us later than we had planned due to travel delays to go over the instructions and details of the villa. He was accessible the entire duration of our stay, and even said we could call him on CHRISTMAS if we needed anything! Very quiet community...there were no loud noises or disturbances. The best part is the location and view - located west of the Pacific Coast Highway - we were walking distance to the beach. Ruby's Diner is across the street for an old-fashioned burger experience (we walked there). There is also a trolley very nearby (and the trolley to Laguna Beach is free on the weekends). I would stay here again in a heartbeat...thanks again!

Amazing views

We stayed in the property during holidays. We enjoyed it very much as a family. We had everything we needed to cook. The hot tub and sauna were huge bonus features. The complex had a beautiful pool and beach, it was walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The views from the condo were amazing. We definitely would love to come back.

To many stairs!! 60 ! Did not disclose!! Place was very dirty!! Very thing was sticky!!

Dirty , having to put sheets over furniture to set, everything was sticky to the touch including kitchen utensils, totally uncomfortable to stay in!! We had to leave a month early!! And loose a lot of money!! No A/C! Hot tub did not work and the sauna did not work!! Screens over windows was dirty or missing!! Bottom line we had a miserable time!!

While our property description does not explicitly say that this is a tri-level unit (now updated), there is a photo in our gallery that shows stairs, as well in our description of a first floor bedroom, which implies multiple levels. If you were not sure about what kind of property it was, you could have inquired about the property layout and we could have cleared that up. Additionally, we do have the bedroom on the first level with a full bathroom. A couple days into your stay, I checked to see how you both were settling in and your wife said you were doing great and none of the grievances were mentioned during your duration of the stay. We are available at all times to address any issue. We clean all of the furniture in the unit, including deep steam cleaning, and I check the property before every stay to ensure its cleanliness. That being said, if cleanliness was an issue, we would've taken care of it right away and I will keep an eye on it for the next guests. Our unit does not have a central air system but it does have air conditioning for the top level. We have fans for all other rooms and the first level is generally very cool at all times. We were missing some screens that were damaged and are working on replacing them. The sauna and hot tub certainly work. The sauna is unplugged as the outlet is across the room and presents a tripping hazard, so we show how it is operated when asked. The sauna does require manual operation from the outlet area but it certainly works. However, your wife mentioned that due to certain conditions, you were not planning to use either device, thus we did not go over its operations. As far as leaving a month early, it was stated in a text to me that it wasn't about the other points you brought up for your early departure, but personal conditions that did not allow you to continue your stay. We sympathize with your condition and sincerely hope that your condition improves. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund for early departure, as with any hospitality business, and we're not able to find another party to take over your rental to try to issue a refund. We do our best to ensure everyone has a great stay at our unit, so we do sincerely apologize that your expectations fell short with us. We take all reviews to heart and work to be the best rental possible. We encourage all guests to communicate any problem they may have so that we can ensure a terrific vacation. Thank you, Ling

Phenomenal location

Phenomenal location! Great ocean views! Host quick to respond and easy to answer questions. Outdated and old furniture throughout home. Lamps with broken switches, needs replacing. Old and worn bedspreads, in need of new clean sheets and blankets. Also in need of regular pest control. Cockroaches and centipedes in first floor bedroom on several occasions.

On the issue of pests, this is the very first time we've had anyone mention cockroaches and centipedes in the 3 years of managing this property and our cleaners, who are very meticulous, have never brought up this issue. Perfect Stay

- Great host! Whenever I message/text Ling, he responded right away. At one point the dryer downstairs broke and they replaced it within 3 days. - Amazing location, footsteps to the beach. - Fast internet. 100+ mbps. They even hooked up range extenders for downstairs. - Awesome lighting/view. The pictures don't do the place justice. It get's great sunlight and view of the ocean from upstairs BR is out of this world. - Cable/TV, no problem watching laker games! Only nitpick is that linens could be of higher quality/thread count. Outside of that, the place was perfect. We miss it already.

Amazing Location and Stay!

We were overly impressed with the location, view, amenities, and the property in general. We could walk to the semi-private beach in a couple minutes and we were also walking distance to five restaurants, a pharmacy and a grocery store. The owner was super communicative and a great person to work with. We will be back for sure.

Location location location.

We spent a month at this beautiful property. The views from the properyy are amazing. The view of the water and palm trees from the master was so special to wake up to every morning. Had meals on the balcony where you can catch the most amazing sunsets. Walking distance to the ocean which feels so private during this time of the year. We had the beach to ourselves some days. We spent every single day at the water. Great and timely communication with the manager when needed. Would highly recommend and book again.

Wonderful Summer Vacation!

Our family stayed at the Villa for the month of July. It was clean and comfortable and had ample sleeping for our family of eight. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was also beach accessories available. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and trolley. We enjoyed the ocean views and were treated to many beautiful sunsets during our stay! Ling was always a phone call away if we needed anything or had a question. We would love to return again someday. I would recommend this place to others!

Ocean breezes, crashing waves, amazing location!

My husband and I rented this beautiful town home for three months. The location couldn't have been better. A few minutes walk to the never-crowded Victoria Beach, vantage points throughout the community, or a quick walk to The Montage or restaurants right across the street. If you want to drive, iIt's an easy in and out onto PCH and the summer or weekend trolley stops right outside the gate. The owners were always available to answer questions and resolve minor issues, which always come up with any rental/home. They became more friends than landlords and we were grateful to have the chance to get to know them. The neighbors in this community were welcoming and gracious. We immediately felt part of the neighborhood despite our short stay. The home is very spacious, on 3 floors with short flights of steps. One of us set up our office in the lower level so we could work from home without impacting the rest of the family upstairs. Our windows remained open every night and the ocean waves lulled us to sleep. A perfect home by gracious hosts, recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

Such a great time

We wanted to have a little getaway so my boyfriend and I decided to spend the weekend at Laguna Beach and our experience here was simply amazing. Everything in the condo was clean and well maintained. The house was very cozy and comfortable for both of us. Most importantly, the view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking. We were able to do a stroll on the beach and get to downtown which was very close. I would most definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing Stay

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. It was very clean, cozy, and is located about 2 miles from downtown Laguna Beach! The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Ocean. The second floor patio is a great spot to relax, listen to music, and spend quality time with company. The access to the private beach is one of a kind. Beautiful homes to look at, clean sand, and not as crowded as the other beaches in the surrounding areas. It was two carports which is great as well. I would definitely stay here again because of the prime location and hospitality.

great experience

We had a fantastic stay at the Laguna beach front condo, it was even better than we had anticipated. It had all the amenities we needed to make ourselves at home. I can’t imagine a better place to stay at in this area; the location (right next to Montage Hotel), parking convenience, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, cleanness, comfortable beds and large rooms, amazing view, and private access to the beach. We plan to stay here again!
