The large waterfront balcony is breathtaking and will be a tempting part of your time spent in this beautiful loft condo.
There is also a complimentary washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.

The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.
It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

Unit is located on the 3rd floor. You must climb stairs to access it. No elevator in the building.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
