The Waterfront Cozy 1 Bedroom Suite is an open concept space with ground floor walk-in access directly into the condo suite. The "Galley" kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and amenities. Sit back in this cozy and bright living space and enjoy the comfort of this waterfront condo. The bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed with a clothes dresser and closet for storage. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub and vanity. The suite if fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. You are literally steps to the waters edge from the front door of this beautiful suite. The view is breathtaking and the waterfront seating area provided to all guests will be a tempting part of your time spent on the property.
There is also a complimentary washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.

You will have full access to the entire private condo. You will also have full access to the the Waterfront grass area and the beach area in front of the condo. Relax at the waters edge in the chairs provided.

We live in one of the condos on the property so we are always available if you need any information or suggestions on where to visit or best places to eat.

You can sit on the patio and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo where it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.
It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops and is only a 5 minute walk.

Whether you want to park your car in the free parking area and walk or if you want to drive, this beautiful Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
