The Space:
The space is the larger part of a duplex. You will have the entire unit to yourself. Walk into the living area and open kitchen with half bath downstairs. Upstairs is a full bathroom, two bedrooms plus a primary suite with it's own full en suite bathroom (making 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs total).

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit all to themselves. There's an apartment in the back that guests do not have access to.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away just west of downtown, the house is centrally located and convenient to the interstate to get anywhere fast! Easily hop over to Freret Street's dining and shopping area or catch an Uber to Bourbon street (approximately 10 mins), it's no wonder this newly-developed neighborhood is gaining popularity so quickly!

Getting Around:
Easy to get everywhere from this super central spot! If you drive here or rent a car there is plenty of free street parking right out front, and Uber/Lyft are always nearby.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping noise down in the late hours of the night.
