* No additional guest parking is available on the property
* Please park within the marked space and do not pull all the way forward to the garage door

Guest Access Includes

Living areas, both bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, private deck, hot tub, washer/dryer, and shared dock access (fishing only).

Areas Not Accessible to Guests

Garage interior, captain’s quarters, boathouse, and boat lift.

Host & Privacy

Owner resides on-site in a completely separate private area. The upstairs condo and private deck are exclusively for guest use.

The upstairs unit will not be entered during your stay unless requested, required for maintenance, or necessary for safety.
