The second unit is a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, perfect for a romantic getaway or solo retreat. This space includes a plush king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a sparkling new bathroom. A shared washer/dryer is available on-site for your convenience. Both living rooms open up to become one large room for gathering and multiple TV's and seating options.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

This house was close about 2 miles to the RiverFront Park and close to the Zoo. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The flood lights in the back was nice when returning at night but it does light up the back bedroom. The AC was felt good when we returned from dragon boating or walking the dog. Kitchen was supplied with lots of Kcups for us coffee addicts. The owner responds very quickly to issues and questions.

Cute place - would have liked to known it was a shared unit with long term renters upstairs and shared parking. Had to use door for one side only as lock code didn’t work in second combined unit. This was only inconvenient because someone had to walk through a bedroom to access other part of house Would stay here again
