The Space:
Enjoy the view of the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez, we invite you to spend your vacation in our two-suite condominium with an open living area, a beautiful balcony and 2 spacious bathrooms that guarantee privacy and space in perfect balance.
Montemar has a large central pool with a hot tub that overlooks all of Cabo San Lucas and amenities are within easy reach.

Enjoy your breakfast with a magnificent ocean view from the spacious balcony and you will have the most beautiful view of the sunsets while enjoying cocktails by the pool. This is the perfect place for you!

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect for the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party" policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A minimum fine of $250 will be charged if it is determined that smoking has occurred inside the apartment during the reservation period. Smoking may be allowed on the terrace without damaging the furniture.

MINIMUM AGE:
By making a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.

DECORATION:
We understand that there are special celebrations that may involve sticking details on the walls, please be sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the details before you leave without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall there will be a cost of $100 USD per wall. Ask us about the additional decoration service we can offer you!
