La terraza delantera
Esta terraza de 60 pies de largo te da la bienvenida al Penthouse cuando abres la puerta principal. Las características incluyen ventilador de techo, iluminación elegante y asientos para 10 o más invitados en la terraza. La terraza delantera también cuenta con las mejores vistas posibles en el Resort, ya que da a la piscina Marina Sol y al área del patio, que se ve espectacular tanto de día como de noche.


La gran sala
Esta es la sala más grande del Penthouse y cuenta con techos abovedados de 16 pies, TV de alta definición de 60 pulgadas con alimentación satelital, sistema de sonido compatible con iPod, cómodos asientos para 10 a 12 invitados y puertas de bolsillo que se pliegan en las paredes y traen la terraza delantera exterior Área interior. También tenemos una hermosa fuente de agua y excelentes obras de arte en la gran sala.

Sala de billar
Cuenta con una mesa de billar de tamaño completo con muchos asientos y fue diseñada como una gran área de entretenimiento separada.

La cocina y el comedor
Esta área cuenta con techos abovedados de 16 pies e iluminación elegante en todas partes. El área de comedor tiene una isla de granito de 9 pies (todo de una pieza) y asientos para 10-12 invitados, sistema de sonido Sony y área de mini bar. La cocina cuenta con todos los mostradores de cocina de granito y siete electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, que incluyen un horno para hornear, una máquina de hielo y un enfriador de vino de dos zonas. Tanto el refrigerador como el fregadero tienen sistemas de filtro de agua purificada. La cocina se ha configurado para preparar comidas gourmet y es un lugar favorito para que nuestros chefs privados preparen una comida para su grupo. No encontrará un área más grande o mejor para cocinar y entretenerse con amigos y familiares.

La terraza trasera
Las puertas de bolsillo se abren desde la cocina y se pliegan en la pared que abre el área de la terraza trasera hasta la cocina y el comedor del ático. Hemos establecido la terraza trasera con una barbacoa de gas, televisión por encima y una hermosa mesa y asientos para 10 a 12 invitados. La terraza trasera también da a la piscina vecina y al patio del Hotel Bahía, así como a la calle principal a dos cuadras de la playa Medano. Esta terraza trasera es ideal para observar a los turistas entusiasmados que se dirigen o regresan de la playa favorita de Cabo.

El cuarto de lavado
Cuenta con una lavadora y secadora para el uso de nuestros huéspedes, junto con muchos artículos para que su estadía de vacaciones sea lo más conveniente y agradable posible, incluyendo: almacenamiento en el congelador, caja fuerte, enfriador de hielo, colchones de aire, cunas, tronas y un completo armario de suministros de playa con toallas de playa de cortesía y juguetes adicionales para la piscina / playa.

Cuenta con un lavabo de mármol personalizado y un inodoro de mármol a juego y tiene todos los acabados de mármol.

La suite de luna de miel
Esta es la habitación más grande y elegante del Penthouse y una de las características es una bañera de hidromasaje de tamaño completo con 6 chorros. Esta gran suite de un dormitorio cuenta con una cama King size y un sofá cama queen size plegable, TV de pantalla grande con alimentación satelital, sistema de sonido compatible con iPod y baño privado de 3 piezas que cuenta con una ducha tipo lluvia y todos los acabados de mármol y granito. La gran ventana trasera de la suite Bamboo se abre para exponer las áreas circundantes del paisaje de Cabo y tiene cortinas opacas.

The Oasis Suite
Cuenta con 2 camas individuales que también se pueden configurar como una cama King Size a pedido, TV de pantalla plana con alimentación satelital privada y reproductor de iPod. El baño de 3 piezas cuenta con una ducha de lluvia y está todo en acabados de mármol. La suite Oasis también tiene puertas de terraza que se pliegan en la pared y abren todo el dormitorio hasta la hermosa terraza delantera que da a la piscina Marina Sol y al área del patio, así como al famoso restaurante junto a la piscina de Marina Sol llamado Oasis Bar & Grill.

La suite tropical
Cuenta con 2 camas individuales que también se pueden configurar como una cama King Size a pedido, TV de pantalla plana con alimentación satelital privada y reproductor de iPod. El baño de 3 piezas cuenta con una ducha tipo lluvia y está hecho con acabados de granito y mármol. La suite Tropical también tiene puertas de terraza de bolsillo que se pliegan en la pared y abren todo el dormitorio hasta la hermosa terraza delantera con vista a la piscina Marina Sol y al área del patio que está plantado con docenas de palmeras para una verdadera sensación de vacaciones tropicales.

Good location

The property was clean and had personal bathrooms for each bedroom. Good location close to groceries, malls, marina, restaurants, and the beach. The only negative was no nice views of the mountains or water. We went in late April, so there was plenty of room at the pool.

Great Stay! What a Cool Property!

This is a really great location for a fun vacation. Couple blocks to the beach, the downtown bar scene, The Office, Chederau for supplies...great location. The onsite staff is outstanding. The unit is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Much Different Than Expected

I'm going to give pros and cons for this rental because I feel like that's fair. Pros: the rental has a large, open floorplan that makes spending time with the family easy. Everything seemed to be in working order. Communication with the owner and hotel staff was good. Everyone was very friendly. The rental was clean and the beach was a few blocks away..Cons: Based on the pictures, we were expecting luxury. I think this would have been luxurious in the early 90's. The "resort" is very small, with one small pool and one small restaurant, likely built in the 70s I would guess. It would maybe rate as a 3 star hotel? I think calling the rental a "penthouse" and the hotel a "resort" is very generous and a little deceptive but that's on me for not researching the property. The worst part, and the main rreason our group of 8 stayed for only one night out of the 6 we paid for and then moved to another actual resort, was the noise. The apartment is on a busy street and the master suite backs to this. The enitre night my husband and I were kept awake by car alarms going off, people yelling, loud music, cars going up and down the street reving their engines and blasting more loud music. We did not sleep the entire night. Not an exageration. While 7 of us went on our excursion the next day, my husband stayed behind to find us another location to stay.for the rest of our time in Cabo.

All around Good!

Location is great as far as accessibility to restaurants, Walmart, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, glasses, plates, etc. We used both the grill and the oven. Having W/D was super helpful for mid-stay washing. Beds were comfortable, and amenities were well stocked. The pool area was pretty nice; there was "chair claiming" by people leaving towels out all day which I find annoying. We enjoyed the hot tub in the morning before the day got too hot. Only defects are the bigger bedrooms are on the street side and delivery trucks, traffic, can be quite loud. But generally, the overnight noise dies down. The rooms had good black out curtains which was really helpful with light. The other thing we noticed is that the pool table is not slate, so the balls travelled a bit randomly. Still it was great to have as an option to play and we used it a lot. Recommend Justintime #2 for massages, a short walk up the hill from the unit. 90 minutes for $50 (half the price of the spa on site). If you can't spring for beach front, this is a great compromise!

Location, Drink and Food Access, Pool, Spa - all amazing!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party in the penthouse. First, the location of this condo complex is absolutely perfect. It’s in very very close proximity to all fun things Cabo! Second, the penthouse is a perfect layout for a family or a bunch of friends, with everybody having their own bathroom in their bedroom. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and exactly how it is advertised. Our host Clint was very welcoming, greeting us as we checked in! This little condo complex is a hidden gem. They have an amazing pool, a bar and a delicious delicious restaurant! You could just stay in the complex for the day even if you didn’t want to roam around Cabo and you would still have everything you could possibly need! They have a little store as well as a spa located on site too. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Family legacy holiday

The VRBO was great, large comfortable bedrooms, large common area and the pool table created lots of inside fun after a hot day. The pool was great, especially for the little ones. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and the grocery pre stocking service was great too! Thank you Julie and Ivan for your help with that and getting us the crib and high chair as well as getting the luggage to and from our condo. The pick up and drop off service was great to and from the airport!!!! The food and drink pool side option at the pool side restaurant was sooooo nice! A person must take advantage of the Corazon Beach Club as it is GREAT if you want to spend the day at the beach. We have never had so much beach and pool time on a holiday. And the beach was lovely and very family friendly. An elevator would have been nice, but we knew that was not an option. All in all, a great family holiday option!!! Thank you so much!

Could not have been better!

Our family had the best possible time while in Cabo and the Ultimate Penthouse could not have been more perfect. Clint and Ivan were great, we took advantage of the spa, the on site restaurant Tres Amigas, spent some time in the pool each day, and were very comfortable in the condo. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to anything we wanted, and far enough away from the loud party scene closer to the beach. The mall down the street and the huge supermarket were very convenient. Between the condo and the amenities both at Marina Sol and nearby, we had everything we needed for a great week in Cabo. Thank you so much!

Cabo San Lucas - February 2023

The Ultimate Penthouse Suite was perfect for our family group of eight (8) since we had a need for 5 bedrooms. We wanted to be close to downtown Cabo, Marina, Medano Beach and Restaurants so this property and its location met all our needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large group. It is a spacious property, very clean and no problems with anything. The kitchen area is large and very nice having everything we needed. Marina Sol Resort has a very friendly atmosphere. We had great customer service provided by Ivan who helped us w/luggage and any needs we had while at the Ultimate Penthouse. Elly (Concierge) and Julie (Reservations Mgr.) were very helpful and accommodating from the moment I started working with them. All went very well with our stay!

Great location

The property is dated and there is only one pool with regular residents that frequent it daily so not a lot of extra chairs for visitors. We (group of 60+ year olds) rented the ultimate penthouse only to find out that there was no elevator and you had to go up a concrete spiral three story stairway to get to it. So every time you came and went it had to be up and down the stairs. We had quite a few issues when we checked in but the owner was good enough to try and fix them. They were extremely short handed for help so it tests your patience. The penthouse could use a deep clean. With that being said, the location is perfect for getting around. Tons of great restaurants just feet away and the marina is only a big long block away. Again, great location, so so on the resort.

We had an amazing time at Marina Sol. close to beach and downtown. All in walking distance. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. We made breakfast every morning in the big kitchen. Pool was great but a little cold. They did fix it and made it warmer after a few days.

Awesome place to stay!

It was a great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown. The place was clean and perfect for a big group. Ivan was fantastic!! He was extremely helpful and anything we needed he helped with very quickly. Our entire group was extremely impressed with the place itself and with Ivan!! Definitely recommend!!

Location is key but service was incredible!!!

Ivan took care of our every need our entire stay. He actually cared about our whole family having an enjoyable stay. Prax was our house keeper and she was amazing! She did just a fantastic job cleaning our rooms. She could speak highly enough for her job and supervisor. (Sorry I forgot his name) Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more…The location allows you to walk downtown, to the marina, or even right the the beach to spend your days soaking in the beauty… We would definitely recommend and plan to return!

Medano Beach and Downtown Penthouse

This is truly a penthouse… 5 beds, 6 baths, huge kitchen, pool table, full room sliders that open to balcony that overlooks the resorts pool and bar! It is on 3rd floor with no elevator, but you will have help taking luggage in and out. Clean throughout the penthouse. The staff at the Marina Sol Resort are all responsive and friendly. We chose this because was priced right and location was perfect for our group of 7 celebrating 2 birthdays. We didn’t get stuck at an all inclusive trying to get our money’s worth and limited to their restaurants and bars. Medano Beach is a simple inclined 200 yard walk. You will find Edith’s, Tres Seranas, Baja Brewing, Milky Beach, Mango Deck and The Office all within that 200 yard walk. This is also walkable to downtown, or just a $2 per person taxi ride. Thank you Clint and Ivan for being great hosts.

Overall, our stay at Marina Sol was fine for its intended purpose. We had a large group of girls in Cabo for a bachelorette party and needs a spot that slept many people. The property slept a lot of people and was in a good location. This is an older, no frills, hotel. The best part about it is that it is so convenient when getting around the marina and other hot spots in Cabo.

Great space for a large group

Clint was great from booking day right till the end. Julie was a huge help as well. There shuttle service was great as well. Our check in with all our bags(16) pieces of luggage were brought to our suite. All were so nice that worked at the resort but there was one man(didn’t get his name) that was amazing. He was always so friendly and helpful. He was our first and our last encounter. He gets 10 stars. Everything is in walking distance. Penthouse kitchen had everything we needed. The Italian Job restaurant right next door a must for lunch or dinner. Pool area was always clean. Well worth every penny we spent.

Truly heavenly

I have been the landlord on my own VRBO rental in the past but this is the first time I’ve ever used someone else’s VRBO rental and all I can tell you is wow wow wow. Not only is the owner operator Clint a truly great , gracious and overly accommodating host, he is also one of a rare few people you will ever be lucky enough to meet as a landlord. I could not say enough good about the man or his penthouse. My friends and my brother could not have been more pleased by the service given by Clint and his team of thorough assistants. I feel like I’m gushing over just a totally pleasurable and enjoyable ten day stay at this Penthouse and I can’t wait to experience his other Penthouse at the Hacienda but all impressions are this is five star literally royalty if you can imagine steps from the beach and just really I can’t give enough stars to this this fellow in his place wow I mean it really wow. Cabo in January

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. Julie was our contact and answered all of our questions promptly and even arranged our pre departure Covid test in our condo. The Condo is close to some nice restaurants. We went to Edith's, The Office and Italian Job. They were 1 to 2 blocks away. Another fun place was the Baja Brewing Co, a roof top bar overlooking the beach. Inside the condo the island seats 10 perfectly...with an outside grill nearby. Also the unit opens up to an outside porch where you can sit and overlook the pool and gardens. The pool table was fun and there is ping pong table in the community club house. Masks are required when leaving your unit and our temperature was taken every time we entered the lobby and our shoes had to step in a sanitizer. This was common in all of the restaurants too. Some restaurants would sit no more than 6 together and then some were 8 and we found a few that were 10. A fun excursion was on the Ciboney sunset cruise.

Christmas in Cabo

Very nice Penthouse. It would be great for multiple couples to stay in. Staff is very helpful. We utilized the grocery stocking service so we everything for our stay ahead of time. Would stay again.

Great location and nice quiet property

We came down with three other couples and there was plenty of room for all. Very close to many nice restaurants and Medano beach. We would definitely stay here again!

In addition to owning some residential properties I also own some commercial properties where I have my Real Estate company located. It is a real advantage to have several businesses located under one roof and the staff from my Real Estate company also works with our Vacation Rental staff to look after all our guests needs.
