This was a great location to gather for a family holiday event in Urbandale. It is a clean, spacious home with a bedroom and living area layout that made everyone very comfortable. Sonya was responsive to our questions and very helpful.

The house was beautiful, very clean. The layout was good, room for all our group. Nice location - close to shopping and restaurants. It snowed while we were there so we had to shovel a couple of times (we brought our own, just in case) when we went out during the day. A company did clear the snow overnight.

Family Gathering

We selected this property as it was a great mid-point for us as we currently live from the West Coast to the East Coast. The home was gorgeous and every item one could imagine being needed was present with the highest of quality. We would 100% recommend this property. The owner was fantastic and extremely responsive. Tournament Stay

Great location, close to amenities. Communication with owner was great - she made sure to send all the needed information before our stay so we could just get to the house and relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we're in the Des Moines area.

We had a family gathering of folks from across the country coming to WDM to visit an elderly family member. The property was an amazing home to host our family oriented long weekend. We hope to stay there again.
