Welcome to Yesteryear! Located only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway and endless area attractions, this three-story updated cabin is nestled amid the trees with wraparound decks that offer forest views on all sides. Its 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout works perfectly for up to 12 guests.

1. All of the beauty, less bustle. Located on the “Quiet Side of the Smokies,” you’ll be around fewer of the area’s summer crowds but conveniently close to all area attractions. That means a 10-minute drive from the popular Pigeon Forge Parkway, 20 minutes to Dollywood, and 30 minutes to both Gatlinburg and one of the less-traveled gates of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Easily accessible on fully paved roads, this cabin is a quick trip away from lots of nearby opportunities for family fun.

2. The grill and wrap-around deck. There are few things better than grilling on a deck, having a beverage in hand, and looking out into the mountains. We also included a couple of outdoor games (corn hole and checkers) to make sure you aren’t stuck grilling alone out there.

3. The new game room. This will be the most popular room in the house. The pool table, dart board, and arcade games are ready to host all family competitive levels, from casual to cutthroat. Meanwhile, the TV and pub table are there for those waiting for the next game. Feeling more low-key? Step outside to the first-floor outdoor lounge area and relax with a drink in hand, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature.

4. Premium everything everywhere. Enjoy premium mattresses, linens, and blackout shades for a restful sleep. The bathrooms and laundry room are stocked with all essentials, including extra paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen boasts an impressive array of dishes, silverware, and cookware, ensuring you have everything you need to create family dinners.

5. The modern-style great room. Enjoy evenings in a combined living/dining room right out of a luxury mountain retreat: stylishly designed with cozy furniture, towering ceilings, a large stone fireplace, a giant flatscreen, and double doors opening to the deck outside.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that this Home Owner's Association does not allow more than two dogs per home in this community.
- No pitbull's allowed, No dogs off leash, no more than 2 dogs per home.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
- Parking is only allowed on home/cabin driveways. There is no street parking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
