Welcome to Haven Grove! This bright, cheerful, and newly remodeled 4-bedroom bungalow has a playful vibe, is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and has tons of fun features, both inside and out. With room for up to 8 guests, it can also be rented with our property next door, Hidden Grove, to create a combined compound for larger groups.
Our guests’ 5 favorite things about this home:
1. It’s only blocks to the water in either direction. Head two blocks east out the front door, and you’ll reach the sandy beaches along the Atlantic. Two blocks west, and you’ll find yourself on the shore of the Tolomack River – the perfect place to catch a truly stunning sunset. Between them, you’ll be walkable to countless daily discoveries on one of the country’s most charming and historic peninsulas.
2. The “green” room. Whether you’re hitting the area’s world-famous golf courses or not, we converted the garage into a thunder-dome of family fun, complete with a putting green, table tennis, arcade games, wall-to-wall synthetic turf, fun signage, and a stylish lounge area that’s the perfect place to hang out between games or to let your inner commentator out.
3. A backyard built for R&R. One problem you’re going to run into at this property: deciding how to split your time between all the great stuff to do! The backyard, in particular, is a lush expanse of delicious diversions – no matter how you vacation. Sling afternoon cocktails at the tiki bar, transition to a nap in the zzz-inducing hammock, then gather the gang to roast marshmallows around the fire pit. And don’t forget to finish the night with a soak in the hot tub. And if you’re looking for something a little more “inside” without actually calling it a night, the screened-in back porch is tailor-made for that one last story from the day’s adventures.
4. It’s where form meets function. This charming bungalow not only offers a colorful, clean aesthetic with professionally designed decor inside and out, but it will host your crew effortlessly with tons of dishes, ample bathroom and laundry supplies, and surprising little extras throughout.
5. Bedrooms fit for a king and queen. No tiny twins or not-so-full-sized fulls in this house. With a king bed in the primary suite and queens in the three additional rooms, it’s easy for the adults and kids in your group to sleep comfortably and recharge for the full (and fulfilling) days you’ll have here.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
