Our newly renovated condo has more than just a great location – we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and our building has tennis, pool, and even a clubhouse with a pool table. Our prime location is less than a mile from both Vaught Hemingway Stadium and Swayze Field - and a quick 5-minute drive to the Square where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, darling shops, and boutiques.

- We are pleased to offer concierge services for an additional fee – we will shop for your groceries and stock the condo in advance of your arrival!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Old Taylor Rebel is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals DOES NOT allow cancellations for football games (regular season and post season games), concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy***

RULES
- Minimum Age: Rebel Retreat requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- Your reservation will have a $300 security deposit hold placed on your account that will be released 7 days after departure if no damage is found that isn't covered by the waiver. This is only a hold to your credit card, it is not actually charged.
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.
- During busy game weekends and other events, security will require a copy of your rental agreement to make sure all cars parked on property belong there.

*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

Credit card processing will be processed through “Beach Stays Vacations”. VRBO charges their booking site fee via a separate credit card processor.
