We loved the condo. Had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view and loved the balcony. When we arrived the keypad to the door would not work. We called the host and they were able to get it to work after an hour. Other than this, it was wonderful.

This is a small condo. But the location was good. The view very pretty but it was very dirty.

Great stay but lacked amenities

Condo was clean and welcoming. Everything appeared to be new in the condo. Since we have stayed at this complex before, we were familiar with the layout and what is provided. The room has a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean. We loved that the balcony extended to the master bedroom.The few things that would have made the stay more comfortable:-pillows were flat and uncomfortable-personally we are not fans of a hybrid foam mattress which was the king room-the amenities provided were not enough - no shampoo, conditioner, two bars of soap provided, one tiny packet of dish soap, one kitchen towel, two rolls of toilet paper total(one per bathroom), no coffee filters or coffee, no salt and pepper, and no laundry soap- while it was my fault I did not request a late checkout five days prior, I did ask it it could be done since the unit had a two day vacancy after our departure and it was not granted it. Staff was at our room at 9am to make sure we were out of the roomAgain, I know this information is provided and I did not take off stars since it was known but it is just a reminder to everyone that a trip to the grocery store is likely needed for toiletries and extras.

It'll do

This is a 2Bed/2 Bath. However, it is really small. There are only two elevators for the whole property, and one of them broke down during our stay. We found ourselves taking the stairs most of the time. Additionally, I recommend bringing plenty of toiletries, dishwashing items, and laundry detergent, as only the minimum is provided in the condo. I'll also mention that the water pressure is poor. To be fair, the views from the balcony are beautiful. The whole property is gorgeous. Beware of "trespassers" taking up the entire One Seagrove beach property. There is a sizable area of the beach designated for One Seagrove guests and owners only. However, many people from other properties walk to One Seagrove's property, from the street, and straight onto their beach. This was an issue because it left no room for the paying guests. The beach properties adjacent to One Seagrove had employees verifying the eligibility of those on the property. I recommend One Seagrove do the same. I read reviews before I stay, so I hope this helps you make your decision. My family and I will book elsewhere on our next trip to 30A.
