AMAZING TIME IN THIS GORGEOUS HOME!

Such a lovely home...we spent an amazing time in this gorgeous condo with such beautiful decor and all amenities. Rita was so thorough in all details and information, making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. We were close to everything: shopping, downtown Naples, zoo and gardens, Rev's auto institute and endless beach and must-see pier. The clubhouse was a treat with friendly people, great healthy menu options. Also the grounds were impeccably landscaped which made for enjoyable morning walks.

Paradise found for a Perfect Vacation

We recently enjoyed an amazing vacation at Treviso Bay, Naples Florida. Prior to booking their condo unit located in Treviso Bay, we had read other guests reviews which were all positive and too good to be true. After experiencing for ourselves this condo and the Treviso Bay property we were extremely satisfied that we made the right choice. Upon arrival to Treviso Bay and driving through the beautifully landscaped path to the condo it felt as though we were in paradise on another island. As we entered Rita and Corey's condo unit, we immediately felt at home. Every room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and the unit includes all the comforts and amenities that you would have in your own home. The view of the lake and the surrounding rookery bay reserve from the lanai of this condo's corner unit was so peaceful to enjoy breakfast in the morning to see the sunrise or have dinner in the evening and enjoy the sunset. Rita and Corey thought of everything possible that guests staying at their condo would need during their stay including his/hers bikes, beach umbrellas & chairs, beach towels and coolers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and each bedroom has their own TV. The Treviso Bay gated community is the perfect place to be as a home away from home. Each neighbourhood boasts beautifully landscaped homes/condos with their own area pool. The main club Rilassare includes a state of the art gym which we made use of each morning during our stay. It has an amazing large resort style pool area, hot tub, a sandy beach area with hammocks and cabanas. Next to the pool area is the club grille where you can grab a bite to eat or a drink. My husband and I also took advantage of the bikes included in the unit by biking the various neighbourhoods. The grounds also have lots of paved walking paths which we also enjoyed taking long walks and admiring the beautifully manicured landscapes. We would like to thank Rita and Corey for your attention to details and providing us immediate responses by email or phone when needed. You were wonderful to deal with right from the beginning. We can definitely say that we did find paradise for a perfect vacation and can't wait to come back again! Sincerely, Margaret and Joe

FURNISHED NICELY, WELL EQUIPPED & CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN !!

We loved our stay at Treviso Bay. The condo is furnished nicely and the kitchen is well equipped. From the screen porch we enjoyed watching the many birds including a bald eagle, deer and gators. The location is perfect, being close to downtown and Marco Island. We played golf, tennis and bocce ball. The large resort pool with the restaurant and the neighborhood pool is great. We are looking forward to our next visit anticipating the completion of the new club house. The golf course is beautiful but extremely challenging. Bring lots and lots of golf balls.

Condo is beautifully, Stylishly appointed and yet Comfortably furnished!

The condo is perfect. It's beautifully, stylishly appointed and yet comfortably furnished. Everything needed was on hand and more! It's a place where you can just slot into; a real home from home. We loved the top floor location with great views of the lake, and no noise from above; which was important to us. Treviso golf course is top-notch, as is the rest of the development . Everywhere is immaculately maintained. The clubhouse pool area is stunning and has good facilities, but having a pool just for the condos was also very convenient. Each year we discover something unexpected in the Naples area. I adore the Botanical Gardens and they are just around the corner. So much to see and do; a wonderful place to take a holiday. Thank you so much for all your kind attention; being just a phone call away for any queries, and having the backup of your management team on hand was very reassuring. Looking forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable like-new with all of the amenities. Also had a great view of the lake form the lanai. HOME AWAY FROM HOME & OWNERS ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!

Very well presented house in Treviso bay with very good furnishings, all in very new condition, this is really a home from home! We had a great time as the rental provides golf membership which is excellent, a really good course with great greens also there is a hotel style pool and bar for members. The home is maintained to a very high standard and the owners Rita and Cory are great to deal with!

Wonderful Stay!!

My husband & I have been very fortunate to have leased for a month in Naples at same location since 2001. It was very sad & frustrating to learn individual was planning on selling his beautiful coach home last yr - rendering us "homeless" for the yr 2015!! Luck smiled on us once again w the beautiful home offered by our hosts, Rita & Corey! They are a delight!! Their condo is lovely & completely furnished with everything one might need to make a vacation more than fabulous!! The grounds at Treviso Bay are very beautiful - flowers everywhere. The amenities offered at the club are amazing! Gorgeous pool for all ages - small children to adults. Great grille for lunches & cold drinks on patio - just a great atmosphere. Classes offered & wonderful workout facility, as well. My husband & I were more than pleased to have stayed in this lovely home. If questions needed immediate answers, Rita & Corey were readily available to answer. Hopefully, we will be back if schedules will coincide. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable time.

An Excellent Choice~!

My husband and I vacationed here in May, and from the moment we drove through the entrance all of our highest expectations were surpassed. The property has a Mediterranean look with beautiful fountains, architectural features and perfectly landscaped walkways throughout the neighborhood. We couldn’t have been happier once we arrived at the beautiful home, it was just as it was pictured and more. The entire home is decorated beautifully and has upgraded features such as granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and all the comforts that provided us with an upscale feeling of home away from home. We spent many of our mornings and evenings in the well appointed lanai which overlooks a relaxing and peaceful pond. There is an oversized community pool, hot tub and grill area just across the street and just a few minutes away (walking distance) is the Treviso Bay Club~Rilassare, which has an amazing large resort style pool with a huge fitness center, day spa and a restaurant! All beautifully maintained and so lush and exclusive you will most assuredly not be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious comfy private lounging area at the pool. The home is just a short drive to everything we needed from the high end shopping to the basic supermarkets. We also visited nearby Marco Island as well as a variety of beaches which were all just minutes away. We especially enjoyed dining on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South. Downtown Naples is absolutely stunning in the evening. Taking a stroll down these streets was one of the most memorable moments we have. Rita and Corey were always so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation stay as wonderful as it could be. They were so wonderful and only enhanced the trip experience. Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back for sure~!

We had a wonderful stay in your lovely home!!

This home is attractively decorated and the owners take great care in maintaining this property, which they consider to be their second home. All the necessary appliances, entertainment centers and other amenities are in new condition. The lanai is attractively furnished with a nice view of a small lake immediately behind the home. The home is conveniently located near the front gate and the brand new Champion’s Club. This facility incorporates wonderful swimming pools, an outdoor bar and grill, a spa, and a health club with exercise equipment. It also incorporates a first class tennis facility. The golf course is located within Treviso Bay, a short drive from this home. This is a very fine TPC golf course and the best news for golfers is that golf privileges are bundled into the rental of the home. Treviso Bay is also convenient to a number of local banks, grocery, shops and very fine restaurants. Stay here and you lack for nothing.

EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF AND MORE!!

Thank you Rita & Corey for a wonderful holiday, we had a great time in Florida. Your house is wonderful and we were extremely comfortable staying there. It was a delight to stay in a home that was so well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. You have thought of everything. Thank you also for all the information you provided to make our stay so successful. The gym and pool complex was fantastic and to have the additional choice of a community pool just across the street was great. We made good use of the gym and yoga classes but couldn’t find time for the spa! The grounds are beautifully designed and the whole area kept in first class condition. We enjoyed the walk to the gym which was just a five minute walk from the house. We played golf nearly every day. The course was in excellent condition and even though it could be challenging we didn’t tire of playing it. Next time we will bring more golf balls with us! It was a shame that the club house wasn’t finished but everything else about the golf course was great. The wildlife was stunning, so many different birds and sleepy alligators. We would thoroughly recommend staying at your home in Treviso Bay. We has such a great time - one month wasn’t long enough! Many thanks Penny and Graham

Great home, Fantastic Resort, Responsive Owners!!

I rented this coach home in 2013. Beautiful house, very nice furniture, very well equipped and clean. Loved the sunrises sitting in the Lanai. The grounds and golf course are fantastic. The city of Naples, beaches, fifth avenue are beautiful. I liked it so much I have rented it for whole season ........Sorry!!!

Beyond Expectations

I had never rented a unit before. For the length of time I was staying, a suite at a hotel was not an option. I decided on the unit in Treviso Bay owned by Rita and Corey. From our emails and phone conversations, I knew I had found a gem. We arrived at the unit midday. The home was identical to the pictures. The furniture and decor were perfect for me and my young family. The house was clean and smelled good. True to Rita's description, the home was highly upgraded. The linens were fresh and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer (which we used often) looked brand new. To top it all off, there was a present for my kids sitting in the master bedroom. My kids were so excited when they saw their new beach toys and other gifts. It was a perfect home base. We got our swimsuits on and went to the newly opened Clubhouse. Oh my!!! The Clubhouse had a beautiful gym, loaded with LifeFitness equipment. The pool was amazing. Having been to the Naples Bay Resort, I can say the Treviso Bay Clubhouse pool is far superior. Plus, there are tennis courts, a beach, and a full service bar and restaurant. The pool has a gradual entry which is perfect for toddlers. We loved the location. Treviso Bay has a Publix right down the street. Downtown Naples is 12-15 minutes away, right down Tamiami. The neighborhood was quite, manicured, clean and safe. Naples is an ultimate vacation spot for families. Rita, thank you for your part in making this a memorable vacation. You are class act!

Accommodations of a 5 Star Hotel & More!!

My family and I stayed in this fabulous ‘Coach home’ recently. When we travel, we have great expectations for our accommodation and that’s why we usually stay in 5 stars hotels. It was the first time we rented a private home and we were not disappointed. In terms of comfort, luxury, cleanliness , convenience, amenities and location, our expectations have been surpassed. To anyone who wants to stay in a great location in Naples and who loves golf, we highly recommend this rental. The owners were very friendly and have been great to us. Amazing home, georgeous decor and unbelieveable customer service

Our stay in this beautiful home simply put was just luxurious! It was beautifully decorated, great layout and no expenses were spared in setting up all the rooms with stunning furniture and very comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom was just stunning and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed the pool which was minutes away and enjoyed taking evening walks along the well manicured grounds. Rita & Corey were aweome - they addressed all my questions promptly and made me feel so comfortable during my stay. I will definately return to this home away from home Thank you Rita & Corey

Just What We Were Looking For....Just Wonderful!

Rita and Cory, Thanks again for letting us into your beautiful, new home. Everything was just as you described and was fully complimented, even baking equipment...we didn't need to bring anything! The bed and furniture were very comfortable and the big screen TV came in handy for "March Madness", but we especially loved the wonderful lanai for reading, relaxing and watching the wildlife up close. The golf course is 5-star and very easy to get on. We also wanted to thank you for being very responsive to all of our questions and needs...it was truly a seamless transition for us. Lastly and maybe most important, thanks for maintaining a very clean and spotless home, it was exceptional!!! Tom and Shelley

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT YOUR HOME

Rita & Corey, thank you very much for the rental in Treviso Bay. We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The community is coming along nicely and will be exceptional when the Champions Club is finished. We enjoyed the walking/running trails, and the convenience of the pool/spa/barbeque across the street. The Florida wildlife will not disappoint as we have seen eagles and alligators.The golf course is difficult but spectacular with tee positions for all levels. Much appreciated is your home with a well stocked kitchen and furnishings that are both tasteful and comfortable. Truly appreciate your beach equipment-it was top notch and used frequently. The Pall's!

Our Brand New home is very special to us; we have taken a great deal of time and care to equip our homes with all the tastefull creature comforts to make your stay here as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Every piece of furniture was handpicked with the help of a professional decorator!! We are both in sales and truly do appreciate the concept of great customer service so we definitely aim to please and will do whatever we can do to ensure a pleasant and fantastic stay at our coach home!
