The property only has 10 units, and our neighbors are cordial and quiet - we all know each other. Most property owners reside on-site, and a few reside off-site.
This property appeals to entertainment, healthcare, engineers, students/interns, education, and corporate professionals who are seeking and appreciate a tranquil, clean, spacious home away from home that is beautifully furnished with a dedicated office space that can be used for remote work, gym/yoga. We have housed entertainment professionals, engineers, and students/interns (our way of taking care of the next generation) at this property since March 2021.
