We had a great stay in this Hell’s Kitchen apartment. The location was fantastic — about a 10-minute walk to Times Square and Broadway and very close to Port Authority, which made getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood had tons of restaurants and there was laundry right across the street, which was very convenient.The apartment itself is older but clean and had everything we needed. The shower had great hot water and a really nice rain shower head. There were three bedrooms and four beds, two were very comfortable and the other two were okay. The kitchen was useful and the apartment was not luxury but was functional and a great value for the location. This apartment is very authentic New York, a classic walk-up with three flights of stairs, so not the easiest with luggage. We do wish we had known about the stairs ahead of time because we were traveling with my elderly mother and had luggage, but otherwise it was very typical for the area.The keys and locks were a little tricky at first, but we got used to them. The host was very reliable, communicative, and easy to reach if we needed anything, which we really appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location really made the trip. I would stay again.
