Walk down the street and around the pond to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or walk a couple blocks to the south end of Main Street. Charming location with a private, in the woods feel. Featuring a private hot tub and heated private garage, a rare find in the neighborhood! Three bedrooms/3.5 baths, 4 decks, gas fireplace, and columbine pool/hot tub access across the street.

• Kitchen with all the tools necessary to create large meals - small appliances include a toaster, blender, hand mixer, waffle iron, and crockpot
• Dining area with seating for 6
• Living room with ample seating and couch with a queen sleeper sofa
• Gas fireplace
• 3 private decks
• Private hot tub located off the first floor back deck, accessed through the first floor bedroom, available year round
• Large deck off the living room
• Private deck with grill located off the dining area
• Small deck located off the master bedroom
• In-unit washer and dryer located on the first floor
• Private 1 car heated garage with room to park 1 car in front and a third in first-come, first-serve parking on the other side of the dumpster shed.

Great location:
• 7-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9) *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• 7 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants
• 1-2 minute walk to Columbine pool and hot tub area
Max Occupancy: 10
Max Parking: 3 vehicles. Heated 1 car garage with parking for one car in front. A third vehicle may park in the first-come, first-serve parking in the single spots on the other side of the dumpster shed.
Guests have access to the Columbine pool:
• Approximately a 1-2 minute walk from the condo.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - 10/30/26
- Spring Maintenance 2027: mid to late April to the Friday before Memorial Day.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
• Hot tub towels are provided

• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• Well-stocked properties with quality items.

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Maximum occupancy (10) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. .
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
