The outdoor balcony, complete with a large private hot tub and gas grill, offers year-round entertainment against a backdrop of majestic views.Experience carefree living with amenities like a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances. The private washer/dryer on the first floor makes packing light a breeze.Nestled in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, Gold King Chalet exudes tranquility amidst the Rockies, just minutes from the ski area. Enjoy easy access to trails for technical ski-in/ski-out adventures. Head to Peak 9 or the Peak 8 gondola for varied terrains. Downtown Breckenridge, a three-mile drive, offers a variety of dining and shopping options.The first bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bath, TV, and deck access. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bath. The third bedroom, perfect for kids, has a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle (sleeps 4) and a TV. Additional sleeping space for 2 is available with a queen sleeper sofa. Your mountain retreat awaits at Gold King Chalet!

Getting Around:
Getting Around: Upper Warriors Mark winter shuttle offered by HOA. Runs daily in winter (approximately Dec-March). Pickup at corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud. Takes guests at the Marriott (base of Peak 9) and the Ice Rink for transfer to other bases. The Ski Shuttle is subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be guaranteed by SkyRun. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided by SkyRun if the HOA-provided shuttle is not running, late, the guest has a bad experience or the shuttle is canceled.

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads.
