Relish in all-sports `lake living` at my newly furnished and impeccably maintained home. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Clarkston, grocery stores and plenty of dining options. Pine Knob outdoor music amphitheater and various parks are within a few mile radius as well. In the winter months you`re within a 20 minute radius of Pine Knob, Alpine Valley & Mt. Holly.

Plenty of gathering space plus room for sleeping accommodations for up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Inside
This Maceday lakefront with its charming, bespoke accents has an open floor plan with tons of seating. 3 bedrooms plus 2 full ceramic baths and two powder baths. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath with the primary offering a full bath and the other two bedrooms with ensuite powder baths.

Fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools and coffee station ready for meals. This area overlooks the mammoth dining space offers seating for six plus a Frame TV with soundbar.
The living room offers seating for 8, a fireplace, charming built-ins & another Frame TV with soundbar.

The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and overlooks the lake. It offers a king bed, Frame TV plus soundbar, and two walk-in closets. Ceramic, ensuite bath with a shower tub combination.

The second bedroom is on the main level and features one queen bed plus an ensuite powder bath & walk-in closet.

Upstairs is the third bedroom with two twin beds plus a pull out sofa bed. It also has a TV, pull out sofa bed & overlooks the lake. All bedrooms have sheets, comforters and pillows.

The second full bath is on the main level and has a ceramic shower.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, tissue, towels, hand towels & hair dryers.

The basement offers a washer & dryer. The attached garage allows room for two cars and the driveway can easily accommodate up to an additional 4 vehicles.

Outside
Sited on the main body of Maceday Lake with stunning, sunset vistas. In the summer the sandy setting and dock offer plenty of fishing, boating and other water sport possibilities. Also in the summer months the patio is outfitted with plenty of furniture/seating. Lake activities include kayak & SUP provided. A BBQ grill and firepit are included, too!

Entire home, front and back yard, patio, lake access and dock (season permitting). Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles and the driveway can fit a maximum of 4 vehicles.

Coffee bar is stocked with k-cups, cream, sugar and syrups. Kitchen has olive oil, salt, pepper and various spices.

Washer and dryer are in service and laundry & dishwasher pods are provided.
