También a 2 cuadras del famoso Malecón de Miraflores (Caminata de la tarjeta) grandes para correr, andar en bicicleta, caminar, etc., y la majestuosa vista de la Costa Verde y el Océano Pacífico. 3 cuadras de Larco Mar, el mejor y más exclusivo centro comercial de Miraflores, ideal para ir de compras, comedor, películas y teatros, bolera, pubs y mucho más.
Al igual que en casa, el apartamento cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, área de lavandería, TV en el dormitorio (TV LCD 3D de 42 '), cable local, teléfono y conexión gratuita a internet. confortable comedor; dos dormitorios totalmente equipados con camas tamaño queen y A / C en cada uno. Nice and quiet place

Everything beautiful, we stay at the 4th floor and this building did not have an elevator. For young and energetic people it is perfect but for a 65 and 72 old persons is definitely not. The location is excellent and it is surrounded with many good restaurants and it is 2 1/2 blocks from LarcoMar.

Great Location near Larcomar

A comfortable one bedroom apartment, with a separate living room and kitchen area, as well as washer and dryer outside the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Note that there is no hot water in the kitchen sink. Location is a short walk away from Larcomar. Hugo and Ursula, the hosts, were very quick to respond and very helpful and nice. ( Hugo even helped to lug our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs!) Thanks for a nice stay, Hugo and Ursula!

Great Location

Very nice apartment in a great location. About a 10 min walk to the Metropolitano station (28 Julio) from where you can take a bus to Mercardo 1, Mercardo 2, the CIRCUITO MÁGICO DEL AGUA or downtown Lima. It's a 5 min walk to the Larcomar (upscale outside mall overlooking the ocean) & Marriot. Kennedy park is about a 30 min walk, or you can take the Metropolitano two stops north & it's 5 min from there. Note you can take the airport express bus to/from the Marriott. Fridge was stocked with a starter 2L bottle of water, so if you get in late, you're ok. Communication with Hugo was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

spacious and modern

A very spacious apartment in the best neighborhood in Lima. Huge modern kitchen with all possible amenities. Efficient clothes washing machine and dryer, most convenient for those who travel light. Very nice proprietor, responsive, helpful. Five stars out of five stars.

A Very Pleasant and Comfortable Home Away from Home

Thank you Hugo and Ursula for a safe, comfortable and warm home away from home. Even though my family and I arrived close to midnight on December 25th, Hugo and his wife were waiting for us and kindly helped us with our luggage, considering it was past 1am that morning. This apartment is located in a very safe and charming neighborhood, a couple of blocks from the Larcomar shopping center--a beautiful, upscale group of shops and restaurants with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. There is also a beautiful church a few feet away from the apartment, as well as a bakery and two or three corner groceries. Larco avenue is within walking distance from the apartment, filled with shops, restaurants, coffee places, movie theaters, parks and all you need to have an unforgettable time in Lima, Peru. Gracias Hugo and Ursula for your hospitality and flexibility!! Tuvimos una estadia que recordaremos siempre!!

Excellent location, but

I reserved this apartment (actually it's more like 2-bedroom studio, very unappealing place!) more than two months before my trip after checking reviews, location, price, etc and exchanging emails with the owner, Hugo. When I arrived on Oct 25th around 11p, I was very surprised to find out that the apartment was on the 4th Floor, and with no elevator! I wish the owner would have warned me in advance when I told him I was traveling with my mother (she's 83 years old). I had to leave this place immediately and spent the first night at a hotel! The owner was out of town and only communicated with me through his maid. I would not recommend this place.

Excelente!

Mi esposo, mi hijo de año y medio y yo nos alojamos en este lindo departamento y la experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del corazón de Miraflores y su actividad, pero en una calle bastante tranquila y segura - ideal para descansar después de pasear con nuestro niño. Hugo y su esposa son muy simpáticos y amables, siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas, y la señora Catalina es un amor de persona, muy servicial y generosa. Recomiendo este departamento para quienes quieran pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Lima.

I have rented this apartment from Hugo & his family twice and will continue to rent on a regular basis. The location is on on of the prettiest and quiet streets in Miraflores. I can't say enough about Hugo, his wife and daughter. They are very honest, friendly and accommodating.

Great vacation!

My daughter and I stayed in Hugo's apartment it was perfect a short walk to all the restaurants and shops overlooking the ocean Hugo was very helpful with everything we called him about and giving a suggestion some different things to do. We will definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Perfect start to our family vacation

We stayed at Hugo's apartment for several days in July and can't say enough good things about the experience. The location is within walking distance to so many of Lima's attractions but still tucked away on a quiet, safe street. Hugo made sure that we had everything we needed and even gave suggestions for outings and restaurants that he thought we would like - not a single detail was overlooked. We felt so welcome and comfortable using the apartment as our home base for exploring the city and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Host and Apartment

My family of four stayed at Hugo's apartment in Miraflores. The apartment was excellent in every way. It had everything required for an great stay. The beds were awesome. The location was great as well - an easy walk to many attractions and restaurants. But the best part was Hugo. He welcomed us to the apartment and showed us around. He even gave us brought us snacks and drinks the first night. Hugo gave us a tour around Lima in his car and even made a stop so we could get groceries. He was one of our finest hosts.

Wonderful Hospitality

Hugo's property was exactly what we needed for our trip. The condo had more than enough room for two couples or a small family. We where very comfortable and location was central to everything in Miraflores. Way above our expectations! I would recommend this property to any friend or family member.

Estivemos eu, minha esposa e meu filho por 07 (sete) noites hospedados neste apartamento. Recomendo plenamente. A localização é excelente próximo ao shopping Larcomar (dá prá ir a pé) e vários restaurantes e mercados. O apartamento é completamente mobiliado e corresponde plenamente a descrição. Great stay in Lima, Peru

My wife and I stayed at this apartment in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru for eight days in late February 2014. For starters, the location is wonderful. A five minute walk brings you to the cliffs overlooking to Pacific Ocean, many wonderful little restaurants and stores, several bars and a couple casinos. It's three blocks off a main street (Jose Larco Av), so the rest of the city is very accessible but the apartment itself is in a very quiet area. We stayed on the top floor. The bedrooms were large, and the kitchen was well-stocked with anything you'd want for cooking. The balconies are large and private, but don't offer much of a view. Satellite TV and wifi were both included and worked perfectly. The owner, Hugo, was extremely friendly and helpful towards us. He is far too modest with his English speaking abilities - we never had any issues understanding him. My wife and I speak broken Spanish at best, so it was nice to have someone who spoke such good English. We have stayed at several places using VRBO, and this one compares favorably to any other place we've stayed in South America. It was great for the two of us, and I believe it would be perfectly suitable for families or two couples.

Best kept secret in Miraflores

Many rental places promise this and that !! Starting with pictures that don't live up to that. My partner and I stayed in the top floor . Pictures don't really describe how spacious - airy and uplifting it is to wake up with the sounds of tropical birds . The beds are comfortable - the kitchen wonderful and the balcony overlooking exuberant trees over a shady charming street where the property is located . Three blocks away is the hustle and bustle of the heart of Miraflores and LarcoMar an upscale shopping centre carved into the cliffs overlooking the stunning coast line of Lima . Hugo and his wife are a classy couple that helped us in every need we had. Important information to be aware of - or perhaps you'll wish you didn't know - two blocks from property there is a bakery on the corner where everyday the whole neighbour lines up at. They have the most delicious empanadas - spinach cake - apple pie and the best bread just fresh from the oven ....the list goes on and on . My partner and I we still talk about it back in Canada .

Gorgeous, perfectly located, quiet and excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

This apartment, one of two rental properties offered by the owners, could not be better! I stayed in this apartment for business for four weeks and I must say I made the perfect choice! The apartment is very well furnished and exactly as described. Location was perfect and in a great neighborhood! It is close to services, transportation, Larcomar and very good restaurants. The owners are very helpful, kind and a delight to talk to. Thank you for your beautiful apartment, I had a wonderful time in Lima and can't wait to visit again soon. I recommend this apartment to everyone!
