Beautiful 2-bed 2.5-bath condo located in the heart of Vail Village, just across from the Sonnenalp hotel. A short 5 minute walk to the base of Gondola One. All of Vail's restaurants, bars, shops and activities are right at your doorstep. I have a management company that handles it for me. They have a representative on call 24 hours a day, if you need assistance. Please take a look, and let me know if you would like to reserve it. Reasons to Book With Us: 1. Check-in with a live person in Vail (keys not left under a mat) 2. We have a full-time local property manager, Vail Realty providing check-in, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping and answering all your questions. 3. Free ski storage in Vail Village. 4. Secure payments are made through Vail Realty, a Real Estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. 5. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery.
For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
