A grill and a 6-person table on the patio makes it easy to whip up delicious burgers for lunch, while a shaded sitting space features a Smart TV for entertainment. An outdoor shower offers convenience after trips to the beach. Inside is a dry bar—no need to head upstairs for refreshments!
Shiplap-clad walls, hardwood floors, and soothing shades of blue and white lend coastal elegance to the main-level great room. A spacious sectional, soft armchair, and Smart TV invite guests to unwind with friends and family after the day’s adventures. By the windows is a charming mid-century dining table with 4 wooden chairs and built-in bench seating. The kitchen boasts an open layout, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools—perfect for hosting friends and mini taste-testers. Step onto the covered porch to enjoy an alfresco dinner at the picnic table or sip cocktails in the Adirondack chairs.
