The location is the reason we chose this place! It did not disappoint, we were one minute from our toes in the sand. We always go to 30A to close out summer and this was our favorite trip due to having an easy stay at this home! We will definitely be returning.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we were excited to once again be back in Rosemary Beach, the Abaco Pearl Cottage was a bit of a let down for the cost. Cleanliness was an issue upon arrival, the bikes were not secured (only found out when one of them went missing within a day or two after checking in), and very little privacy with the bedrooms on the first floor and clear glass doors in the front and back of the house giving full view of the hallway between bedrooms. Laundry room layout made it near impossible to use but we managed anyway. Location was great, parking was a challenge since our vehicle was too big for the garage space. Good location though. Management company worked with us on most issues and sent out cleaning people to reclean the house for us. Will be back to Rosemary Beach, just not to the Abaco Pearl Cottage.

Perfect Spring Break Get A Way!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and made for the perfect getaway. The property management team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service—we accidentally left behind some personal items, and they went above and beyond to recover them and ship them back to us! That level of care and attention is rare, and we are so grateful.We can’t wait to visit again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-managed stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a girl's weekend. The house was perfect for our group. The living/kitchen area is very large and comfortable. The location of the house is perfect to the beach and town, we enjoyed being able to walk to both. We used the bikes for a long bike ride up the coast. The only drawback is the bedroom with the bunk beds is very small and really only fits one adult. The shower in this room does not accommodate an adult well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this property, and the management company was wonderful and very easy to work with.

We had a lot of knatts flying around in the house this year. The downstairs grill is a wreck! It should be replaced. All in all we like this house. Renter beware, the bunk room is tiny and that bathroom is very, very small. That shower is really too small even for a child.

Beach getaway

The pool was not working until the last morning of our stay and was frankly disgusting; there was a nasty film on top of the water that actually had a foul odor until the cleaning was done Sunday morning as we were getting ready to leave. The grill was very cheap and hardly worked making our Saturday night grilling plans impossible. Finally, there was a massive construction project happening in back of our unit with workers looking into our unit even over the weekend making things uncomfortable. While the beach was beautiful these accommodations were not at all as advertised.

Great Family Getaway

Beautifully designed home within a 3 minute walk to town. Fully stocked kitchen (really!) with grill and private pool. We will definitely return to 16 Abaco:)

Well appointed and convenient

Overall the property is great. It’s super cute and well appointed kitchen. It’s technically a 3 bedroom but beware that the bunk room and bathroom is super tight. Difficult to have an adult over 6 foot comfortable in the bed or shower. Would function better for smaller people. Walk to downtown and out to 98 for restaurants is super convenient. Nicely located within the community and easy to get to pool or beach. Kind of nice that the property is just before all the traffic starts to back up.

All living/dining on 2nd flr with lots of natural light and two useable porches - a really good space. The kitchen is a bit odd in the details - more show than function, but fine for a week. One glitch: the shower in the kids bedroom is essentially not functional; it’s really small with the door swinging inward and hinged on the wrong side; so the adult can barely, if at all, reach the controls. Prop. management was responsive with good attitude.

Small bit mighty!

Great House, Great location. Bedrooms are VERY small. Upstairs family area is perfect. Carriage house is separate rental and is very close and uses main house pool area to enter which is also where bedrooms are. With that said would recommend.

A beautiful property !

Everything about this property was fantastic! It had been newly remodeled and was absolutely gorgeous. Every amenity imaginable was at your fingertips …. Especially in the kitchen. Location was private and quiet. The garage was tight fit with old furniture on the sides . It made pulling in/ out and getting out of car a challenge due to minimal space. We will definitely be back to 16 Abaco Lane !

Great stay

Great stay - great property located south of 30A for those that it matters to. House had everything we needed and nothing we didnt. Cocktail pool was great to have on site.

House was huge disappointment

House does NOT hold eight people. Two regular bedrooms, concrete floors, one ridiculously small room (actually the size of a small closet) with a teeny tiny broom closet size “bathroom “. There were two kid sized bunk beds with windows right at the two beds with no way to cover them. There was blood on the side of bunk bed and light switch. Granddaughters had to sleep every night on dirty pull out sofa bed with no sheets. The vent on the stove was broken, so everything we cooked smelled up the house. Everyone disappointed!!!!!
