This home is located in the well established neighbourhood of Rideau Park. This is a family friendly area, with easy access to local amenities such as restaurants, shopping & public transit. It is a great neighbourhood to enjoy a leisurely walk through, and there is a school very close by with a great greenspace and playground.
You will have exclusive access to the whole home during your stay.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Ideally located with fast access to dining, shopping, public transit and major roadways in South Central Edmonton. Easy access to downtown, either by driving or taking the LRT.
This is a charming neighbourhood that is perfect for family stays, business travellers or small groups. *We do not allow parties, events or rowdy stays at this home.
This rental includes the entire home
When you first enter the home you will find a nice sized sunken living room that has a huge 60" tv for your viewing enjoyment with beautiful new couches.
There is a fresh and bright kitchen, equipped with all of the tools, dishes and equipment needed to make and enjoy a nice meal. A starter supply of basic spices, cooking oil & basic condiments are provided.
Hot beverages (coffee & tea) are included for your convenience, and the coffee pot includes a drip style brewer and k-cup option.
Down the hall way you will find 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen sized bed, night table & closets. The primary bedroom has a 2 piece ensuite, and the main bathroom in the hallway has a tub/shower combo along with a sink, vanity & toilet. Each bed has 4 comfy pillows, cozy comforters and freshly laundered sheet sets.
The basement includes 3 additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There are 2 full bathrooms in the basement, a living room space, laundry room with brand new front load laundry machines, a wet bar and a private office area that our guests can use for work or studies or playing board games in!
This listing has AIR CONDITIONING!!! Our home provides a unique and invaluable advantage, ensuring utmost comfort and relief during the hot summer months. All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
