Our home offers comfort and modern amenities throughout.
• Master Bedroom: 1 King-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed.
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen-size bed.
• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin-size beds.

Each room features memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. We’ve also provided day and night blinds on all windows, allowing you to control the natural light and privacy.

You can enjoy filtered drinking water straight from every faucet in the house, thanks to our water softener system, ensuring fresh and clean water throughout your stay.

Entertainment and Work-Friendly Features:

• Enjoy movies on a 75-inch flat-screen TV in the living room or unwind in the master bedroom with a 65-inch TV. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming apps.
• Board games are available for family fun (please tidy up after use).

• Household supplies: Dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels.

Important Notes:
•For your safety, we have exterior cameras and one in the garage (not in the living areas). There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
• As we’re in Florida, please be aware of local wildlife. If you want to avoid critters like mosquitoes, lizards, or other animals, please keep the doors closed. No refunds will be issued for the presence of wildlife.
• No pets are allowed due to allergies, Thank you for understanding.
• Trash can be taken to the bins on the right side of the house, next to the air conditioning unit.
• For safety, please avoid stepping on the living room tiles with wet or sandy feet.

Pool It’s set up 85 F and the pool will be heated from November to March (depends on the temperature outside )after that will be off for summer time . Thank You

Please note: Dunnellon is located in the north-central part of Florida, a region where occasional cold fronts during the winter months can bring nighttime temperatures as low as 30°F. While the pool is heated from November to March, we want to clarify that on very cold days, when temperatures drop below 60°F, the heat pump automatically switches to a freeze protection mode.

This safety feature is designed to prevent damage to the system’s components by heating itself rather than the pool water. Unfortunately, this means that the water temperature may drop significantly during these times and might not rise noticeably, even with the heat pump running all day.

We want to ensure you are aware of this limitation, which is a standard feature of heat pumps and beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
