The very simple answer is, once one experiences the Central Coast of California, and Shell Beach specifically, the incredible Beauty of the area answers the above question. Additionally, the friendliness of the Community and the ease of getting around compared to larger Cities is just frosting on the cake of Life.

Like you, I enjoy traveling and experiencing new surroundings. Although I've enjoyed seeing 5 of the 7 Continents, even though I've lived on the Central Coast for well over 4 decades, I still believe Shell Beach and the surrounding areas to be in my Top 5 of the most beautiful places to visit - that's how special it is here !!
Besides living here, I've also invested here. This complex, made up of 8 Units, is located in the "Saint Anne's Tract" of Shell Beach which is well known as a premier location of the local area. I purchased this complex about 25 years ago and it has been a labor of love ever since. The property is in a constant state of improvement and not only do we as owners take pride in the cleanliness and the property, the incredible Team of permanent Residents at the property are a large part of the success of this complex.
This Unit that we are offering is the only long-term Temporary Unit in the complex. You will find your neighbors within the complex to be Friendly and primarily working Professionals, just like yourself.
