3 bedroom/2 full bathroom cabin located on the north side of Bohners Lake in Burlington, WI. Living room hosts vaulted ceilings with 75" 4K television, pull-out sofa bed, wood burning fireplace, and fantastic views of lake. Master bedroom on first floor with his/her closets and ceiling fan. Plenty of cabinetry in kitchen with stainless steel look refrigerator, electric oven/range, and dishwasher. Game room located in walk-out basement complete with foosball, video pinball table, dartboard, and chess. Four seasons room hosts gas fireplace, plenty of board games, 65" television, pull out child bed, and electronic recliners while providing beautiful views of lake. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms located on 2nd floor and provide plenty of bedding for families. Laundry located in basement area as well under secure access. Minutes from bike trails and downtown Burlington, WI and a short drive to Alpine Valley Ski Resort and Lake Geneva, WI.

Noise Levels : This is a residential neighborhood with neighbors that live lakeside year round. We request acceptable noise levels and to maintain the exterior of the home in a clean manner to maintain good neighbor relations so that we can continue to use our lakehouse as a short term rental.

We host a noise/cigarette smoke detection system on both floors. This system is utilized to make sure that neighbors will not be bothered in overnight hours while keeping the home free of unwanted odors.

Pets must be potty-trained and well mannered for duration of stay.

Boat ramp is about 500ft away at the beach area. Our pier can hold boats up to 23' but cost to use pier is $25.00 per night and boat insurance is required prior to stay.

You agree to be fully responsible for any accidents that may occur. You understand and accept the risks outlined above and agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and any members of your party. You waive any claims against the owner for accidents or incidents arising from swimming, hiking, or using the canoe.
