Comfortable house in lovely Kings Beach
The property was very comfortable & enabled our group to have a relaxing, and connected time. The home has all the basic amenities you would expect & it’s spacious for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped & we enjoyed our time there. The property mgmt firm is very responsive & answered all our questions before & during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in exploring lovely Kings Beach.

Great location
The location of the airbnb was great! Walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. On the positive note, the beds were very comfortable. Upon entrance, the kitchen light was flickering, and one was out, we had to go and find light bulbs to replace them. It smelled musty. There was a dog before our stay I assume, because it looked like slobber marks on the glass sliding door, I'm not sure why this wasn't cleaned. There was also a moth on the wall in a bedroom that looked like it was there for some time. The upstairs bedroom was Unusable because it was very hot during the day and didn't cool off enough to sleep at night until probably midnight. Some windows were very difficult to open and did not slide at all, and you needed them open to cool the place off in the evening. No hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or toiletries bag. We had a bug and spiders in the room downstairs every night because there's also no screen on the door in one of the bedrooms. The shades for the door to the deck were very very old and stained. We never did figure out where the light switch was for the kitchen lights. This place has a great location and potential but could definitely use some upgrades and deeper cleaning.

We recently stayed at this property with 5 adults and a toddler and unfortunately experienced several issues that affected our overall stay. While we appreciated the location, the home did not meet the expectations set by the listing.Upon arrival, we found the fridge leaking badly, which we had to clean up ourselves. Stovetop burners didn’t function properly, making cooking difficult and time-consuming. There weren’t enough dining chairs for our group, despite the listing saying that it was equipped for 6, and one chair was dangerously unstable and unusable until it was repaired by maintenance the following day.Additionally, we only received 4 bath towels for 6 guests and weren’t provided with more until the next day. This was especially frustrating after a long day of travel, particularly since towels were listed as included.Our biggest concern, however, was safety. The home is advertised as suitable for young children, but the ripped screen door and broken stair railing with an exposed nail were major hazards—especially with a toddler in our group. We also encountered smaller but noticeable issues, like missing or non-functional lights, leftover food in the dishwasher, broken fridge parts and no fitted bed sheet on 1 of the beds .While the host was responsive & the maintenance person was friendly, the need for multiple repairs during our stay took time away from our vacation. We’re hopeful that our feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.
