The location was perfect for us - right near our friends who own Cottage 32. The unit itself was really nice - well decorated, well equipped and a great view out the back. Our only regret is that we won't be able to come back here next year because of your pet policy. So ... unless you can grandfather us in or allow therapy dogs we regrettably won't be able to come back

Great location and proximity to Coligny Beach

Fantastic spot for my first visit to HHI. Very quiet with a short walk to the beach, some shops and restaurants Beds were super comfy and all the amenities provided made us want for nothing!

We loved our stay- accommodations were perfect for us. I will warn others that the Shipyard does not allow over-sized vehicles (such as RVs) nor e-bikes on the property.

A great vacation

The home was clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. We did not lack a thing. Shipyard is an awesome family friendly place with gorgeous scenery and bike trails galore. Highly recommend.

Cute Stay for Small Family!

We enjoyed our stay at the The Cottage and appreciated all of the upgrades! The kitchen was but lacking for cooking supplies and the Community Pool/ grill was a bit misleading, it is a drive. Access to beach was no issue!

Excellent Cottage

Coastal Vacations was excellent every step of the way! Cottage #9 was a perfect fit for our family! Cottage was well equipped with every need for our stay. Clean, updated, comfortable beds. There were beach towels, nice not to have to pack them. And an allowance each day for golf, bikes, cruises…. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Coastal Vacations for making our stay outstanding!

Cozy Cottage

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication was clear and concise. Looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of supplies for 5 adults. Back porch was heavenly. Had some trouble figuring out the master shower. Front door would lock and sometimes it wouldn’t. Couldn’t get the TV upstairs to work. Would definitely stay here again

Quiet and relaxing location

Overall our experience at the cottages was pleasant. The location in relation to the beach is as described. I would like to note that if you go to the beach when it’s busy, do expect to park quite a distance away in the resort and have to walk to the beach access as the there are limited parking spaces for Shipyard guests. The cottage was somewhat clean. It could really use a deep clean, as there was collected dust on the walls in the bathroom and around the air vents. Quite a bit of dog hair on the couch and chairs. Our only major complaint is the fridge. If you open and close the freezer the fridge door pops open. If you have items in the door of the fridge the door will also pop open randomly.

Lovely accommodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and well furnished. We had some difficulties when we arrived but Coastal did an excellent job of handling the situation. We would stay there again.

Nice location. Quiet and convenient. One small issue with the height of the stairs. Stair tread height is less than normal. Place a secure rug at the bottom of the stairs. Stepping from carpeting on stairs to flooring was tricky.
