We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and the layout worked well for our family. The welcome bag was a nice unexpected touch and access to nice beach towels, chairs, and toys was so convenient. We rented bikes that were waiting for us in the driveway upon arrival and we loved the location of this house- we biked everywhere! To the beach, playground/pool/pickleball courts, dinner, coffee, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The setup of this house is perfect, and it had everything we needed. Location was great. The hosts were accommodating and responsive which made it so easy for us, traveling with our toddler. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again.

Beautiful stay in private community.

We had a wonderful time. The private community pool, tennis court, and playground were certainly a highlight. The stay was very clean and spacious. The hosts communicated well and were available at a moments notice with responses. We would recommend this stay.

Outstanding Experience!

We have stayed in Sea Pines for many years and this is one of our best experiences. The house is everything you need and was, hands-down, the best stocked property, featuring plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and more. The property management could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Nicely remodeled and centrally located, we will absolutely stay here, again!

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time at the house! It had all the amenities you could ask for and was very conveniently located. Mike was very responsive to all our questions and they had a great packet available to help us with all the house features and nearby attractions. We would love to come again!

Perfect location, great for toddlers

Perfect place for our 3 under 4 years old and the 4 adults that came along! Minutes walk to the pool with playground and tennis/pickleball court. Short bike ride to Harbourtown or Sea Pines Beach Club. Great layout, has everything you could need if you plan to cook or grill. Will definitely book again if available!

Our Expectations were far exceeded!

This house in in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The property has been recently updated with modern appliances and current decor. It is a Hilton Heavan.

Great choice in Sea Pines

The house was represented very well based on its description. It was a great size for our family of four adults, a toddler and a baby. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and we were able to have many meals at home. The location of this house is great for all the Hilton Head Island activities, and the Sea Pines trolley makes getting around easy. Owners were very responsive before and during our rental.

Vacation Stay

We really enjoyed our week in Sea Pines at this property. The house was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Sea Pines is great and we loved the ability to bike around the area. It was about a 7 minute bike ride to the beach which was an enjoyable bike ride for us and our two kids (13 & 16 years old). The pool area in this community was a nice bonus that also includes a basketball hoop, playground, and tennis court. We would definitely stay here again!

Home from Home!

As soon as we parked I knew I was going to have a great stay. Everything was so clean, felt like home as soon as we walked thru the front door. The home is very open and spacious which we all loved. Best Beach Getaway

This property is wonderful and was great for our week-long stay. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The hosts made sure to have everything we’d need, plenty of towels, lots of starter items like toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Our family of 6 had space to relax after full days at the beach and we loved playing the games available. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to the playground and pool and over to the beach club daily. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing this lovely home!

Beautiful home in Sea Pines

This was our favorite beach rental! We appreciated the extras that were available, the beach chairs and towels, garbage bags, spices, toiletries, etc. You don’t often have that with other rentals and that made for an ease of stay. We had everything we needed, the house was comfortable and very clean! Kris and Mike were the best hosts we’ve ever had. If we come back to Sea Pines, this is where we’ll stay! Thanks for sharing this amazing vacation home!

Sea Pines Retreat

This property did not disappoint and was even nicer than expected from the pictures. The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could anticipate needing. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants in Sea Pines. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to respond. Read all the 5 star reviews. They are all spot on. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our second summer to book this property! We love the location, the neighborhood is quiet and the playground and pool are perfect for small kids. We always rent bikes to get to and from the Beach Club, and love the “cut through” to get over to Harbourtown for ice cream and the big playground there. Home is meticulously clean, kitchen very well stocked for meals at home, and beds are very comfortable. Hosts also provide lots of bath towels which is helpful for our big family. Appreciate the beach towels, chairs and sand toys for guests to use during their stay. Definitely recommend this property for your Sea Pines stay.
