Two bedroom, Two bath condominium nestled just outside of the very heart of Traverse City. This beautifully upgraded condo sleeps Six comfortably. Two extra twin beds out side the bedroom is perfect for a family vacation with a big family.

Step into your home away from home! This property's the perfect retreat for those seeking a calm, cozy getaway while still remaining close to all of the excitement and attractions our beloved city has to offer. The stunning natural lighting, flowing floor plan, and central location make it a tourist's dream! This condo is required to climb stairs we are a third floor condo. The condo has multiple updates with other projects that are still planning to happen. New pictures will be uploaded when all updates have been completed. (Nothing ongoing during bookings)

Peter, the host, was responsive and accommodating. The unit looks exactly like the picture. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is exactly as pictured and has a beautiful view of the 4th hole on Spruce Run. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

A Perfect Getaway! Our recent stay at this beautiful condo was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine condition and tasteful decor of the unit. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the comforts of a luxurious retreat. The location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from the golf course yet the neighborhood remained wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing evenings without any disturbances, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Safety was also a top priority for us, and this condo delivered. The area felt incredibly secure, allowing us to fully unwind and explore without any worries. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking for a beautiful, conveniently located, quiet, and safe place to stay. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Beautiful place!

Five of us stayed for a conference and it was so close to where we needed to be and such a great price!! Everything was clean and the place was beautiful. We were actually bummed because we spent more time at the conference than we got to relax at the house because it was so nice and cozy. Peter had great communication and everything went seamlessly this weekend!

Lovely Place, Suited Our Needs!

We had a lovely stay, everything looked as it was on the listing except the master bed was actually a king bed which was a nice surprise! (listing said queen!). It suited our needs well, was easy to get in.

Girls fall get away

Beautiful 3rd floor condo with beautiful golf course view. Nice, spacious, very clean place, and comfortable furniture. AM and PM skies are amazing. Owner communication was awesome. Checked in with us a few times.

Girls Trip

Beautiful location. Convenient. Nice accommodation, but it is on the third floor with no elevator. So anyone with mobility issues should know this. A few things should be replaced or improved. But overall was a pleasant stay.

Surprise the day before stay

The rental was sold the day before we had rented condo..so we had to get a refund from former owner and go through the whole process again…talked and emailed new owner many times that day and he was very patient and helpful, we kind of figured it out between us….he had to get in touch with vrbo because the days we rented showed up as already rented ( by us)…..the place was perfect for the 6 of us, husband and my daughter’s family….very quiet …great bed…it was situated perfectly for my nieces wedding, only 3 miles away from the marriage beach..my only complaint was no extra towels, each had exactly one towel and those were usually wet from last shower….also could have added a blender to kitchen..but I realize new owner had very little time since we were first rentals after his purchase…..
