-Our property is strictly smoke-free. A penalty of AED 2,500 will be charged for any smoking inside the apartment in accordance with local laws (Federal Law No. 15 of 2009). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and guests are kindly requested to use designated smoking areas outside the property, if available.
-Any stains on furniture, sofas, linens, or mattresses requiring professional cleaning will incur a minimum charge of AED 250.
-In accordance with UAE law, we require passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in to notify the building management. No access will be granted without them.
-Any changes to your booking must be requested no later than 10 days prior to arrival. Modifications are subject to the host’s approval and are not guaranteed.
-Late checkouts beyond the confirmed 11 AM time will incur a fee of AED 250.
-The sofa bed AED150 for bookings with headcount of 2 guests and below. If headcount booked is for 3-4 guests, sofa bed will be made free of charge. Kindly note that a 48-hour advance notice is required as same-day requests cannot be processed.
