If you have excess trash that does not fit into the bins, you can either haul it off or I will charge a $10 per bag haul off fee. **

The property includes a BBQ grill for guest convenience. Please note that propane is not included. Refills are available at Shaver Lake Hardware.



For the safety and security of all guests and the property, please note that there are security cameras in use at the exterior of the home. The cameras monitor the driveway and the exterior entryway 24/7.
