Cute and perfect.

We stayed here for two nights with our girls. It’s a very nice, cozy place and just perfect especially if you’re looking for a home away from home. The cottage had just about everything that we needed and the girls loved how easy it was to access the water!

Fantastic!

My husband, my sister and myself stayed there in late June. It was so peaceful and beautiful, the view of the lake was amazing. The cottage was so clean and so wonderful. Megan, our host was fantastic, any questions I had were answered very quickly. Our last day there was very hot and I asked her if there was a patio umbrella available and within minutes a wonderful resident across the street came over and put one up for us and also came back to give us a base for it as it was very windy. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the cottage and our host. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 days. We will definitely be back

My favorite place

As usual, this is the best place to stay in Geneva. Great views, great location, away from the loud music. Very quiet, house is clean and everything you need. It is now my go to.

Peaceful and Lovely

The location of this comfortable cottage is perfect, with easy beach access and a lake view from the patio. Convenient to Geneva-on-the-Lake but removed from the bustle of the strip.

Mother daughter get a way

What a great location! Walk into the strip. Not only do you have access to the lake at the house but if you prefer a typical beach experience I suggest Walnut Beach about 12 minute drive. We had rain on and off but it only enhanced the view. Rainbows were beautiful naturally. The house itself was clean and simple. Would rent again. Two mothers with their daughters reminiscing about 30 years of friendship. Lori,

I'll stay here again!

Excellent Communication. Unit was very clean and well stocked, plenty of linens and cooking utensils. Comfortable furniture. We had an unusually bad storm. Power was out in the city for more than a day. Property manager kept us updated on wifi and lower outages and promptly had storm debris cleared away.

Renewing memories.

I’m 74. Started bringing my kids here in the 80’s. My granddaughters started coming in the womb. They love it here, as do I. They were thrilled when I mentioned coming to Geneva this year. My granddaughters are 25 and 21. The trip up was lovely as usual and our time in Geneva was perfect. We hit all the places Eddies grill Madden donut Horizon’s restaurant Crosswinds Geneva on the lake brewing Company, we had dinner there. It was quite good and love the view off the lake and of course we also love Murphy’s, a great place. My granddaughters got to enjoy the arcades again and now that they are older, there were plenty of bars to have a cocktail at. I am especially pleased to see how many young people there are at the lake for vacation. Tradition continues. The cottage we stayed in, which was the cove House a two bedroom cottage overlooking the lake. It was beautifully decorated very clean and in a very serene spot. Frankly, I love being at the lake much more than I do with the ocean. I know we can’t wait to come back great trip.

Quiet location, make sure you read description carefully

The location is great and close to everything but not in the hustle bustle of downtown. The onsite manager was fantastic and very responsive to any of our needs during our stay. Be sure to really read the description of the property to make sure you understand what’s there and what is not. There is beach access however, there are tons of geese, so there is geese poop everywhere. Also, you only get 1 bath towel per person which stinks if you’re staying long and want to wash them, because there is NO washer and dryer. Also, be prepared to clean the floors yourself, you’re required to sweep before you leave. During our stay, a closet door was broken off, the bathroom drain and sink drain were slow so during a shower you stood in your dirty water. The mattresses are horrible, I felt every spring in my back and they aren’t covered with mattress covers, which I think is gross. Upon our arrival there was a dirty towel hanging, also. We saw blood on the bedroom curtains, too. Also be prepared to wash the dishes yourself, there is no dishwasher. The reason I write this also is because relying on the previous renter to wash the dishes before they leave is unsanitary in my opinion. Not everyone washes things properly… They say that the cleaning crew does not wash dishes. Also, a fully stocked grocery store isn’t close by so stop on your way there, or be prepared to drive about 25 minutes away. The property is quiet and quaint, with courteous neighbors and lots of outdoor space.

Comfort and Charm !

This was our favorite stay! While it looks small from the outside, the cabin is quite roomy. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. I loved the location and the beach access. Being able to watch the waves from the cabin and yard made it just perfect. It was well stocked. Communication was excellent . I have no negatives. It was delightful!

Clean, location to strip great

Very clean. This is best for a short stay. We booked for a week ( too long). View is obstructed by a large home. Beach, very small. Beds, ok but not for longer than a couple days. Only one bedroom has a tv. We had all the utensils and cookware that we needed.

Great Getaway

Great view of the lake, very quiet part of Geneva on the Lake but not too far from the main strip. The place was great, everything we needed including nice cold AC on 90 degree days. Hope to go there again next year!

Cozy and cute.

The property was nice. We stayed for a weekend. My only complaints were the bathroom did not have blinds for privacy, the internet quit working, and not enough washcloths for the amount of days/nights.
