Welcome to our beautifully renovated lakefront retreat, where relaxation meets adventure! With private access to Lake Erie, you can enjoy kayaking (we’ve got 2 kayaks ready for you) or take a refreshing swim in the clear waters. Outside, unwind around the cozy firepit, cook up a meal on the gas grill, and lounge in the comfortable seating as you take in the breathtaking lake views.

Inside, everything is brand new and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. With modern touches, air conditioning, streaming TVs, and a washer/dryer, we’ve made sure you have all the comforts you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We’re also pet-friendly! Bring your furry friends along for the adventure for a small additional fee—they’ll love the lake just as much as you do.

We didn't cook as we were only there for a few days. The house was very clean.Our cats enjoyed the lake erie view and the birds and chipmonks.

No way are you going to find better views of Lake Erie from your family room! We were fortunate to even have eagles flying by daily. Great location, nicely appointed home, clean. Wonderful stay.

Best views!

As you can see from the pictures the views from this house are amazing. My mom loves sitting in the sun and reading while overlooking the water so this place was perfect for that. The house was incredibly clean and had everything you could ask for ( Can't buy me love on VHS!)One thing that sets this rental above the rest are the beds! We've stayed in Geneva many years and you can tell they most places do not put a lot of care into the bedding. This home had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in outside of my own mattress. The pillows were perfect, and there were so many! My dog loved laying in the sunshine as well. Can't wait to stay here again!

The View!!!!

This place was exactly as advertised. The photos with the lake view are exactly what you get. I woke up each morning to coffee with a view and then yoga watching the waves. Easy ride to the strip. Walked the dogs in Geneva State Park every evening after dinner. Good launching point for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or Football Hall of Fame. Place was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable.

Disappointed this year

We booked this house for two weeks due to the great time we had last fall. Our experience this time was quite a disappointment. We walked in to find the dryer STUFFED with sheets and bedding. Countertops were dirty and for two weeks we fought ants and finally broke down and bought ant traps. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was poor too. Kuerig coffee maker had a used pod still in it and the filter was dirty. We ended up ordering a Mr Coffee from Amazon. The vote within the family is not to return. The views are still amazing...too bad the house is not. we fought an5s

Nice home on the Lake

Nice home - furnishings, layout and view were very nice. Disappointed with some of the cleanliness - Garage had salt/sand on the floor and the back covered deck was not clean. Everything inside the home was very clean.

Perfect location for a short getaway! Stayed here last year and already planning for next year! Beautiful view of the lake and close to all the gotl bars/restaurants.

Beautiful lake views!

Great little lake house with beautiful lakefront views. Well appointed and very convenient to GOTL and Ashtabula shops. The only recommendations our family would share would be to add a chest of drawers or similar in the bedrooms. There are small hanging closets in each room with one hanger each. We booked for an entire week so somewhere to store your clothes other than your suitcase would have been appreciated. Also, in the kitchen sharp knives would be nice for meal prep. We would definitely return!

Great small cottage

Very nice cottage on the lake, perfect for 2. It is possible to sleep more, but with only 1 bath not the best for a group. That being said it was furnished nicely with nice touches. Loved the open concept and close to town. Very nice appliances as well. Never did find the toaster!

Awesome Stay

Great stay. Nice, clean property. Recently renovated. Responsive owner/management staff. One of the paddles for the canoe was missing and they stopped by and dropped another one off for us to use within an hour. Great Lake views. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!!

We stayed here as a family for our daughter’s dance nationals. This home is exactly how it is pictured and the views with the sunsets are breathtaking! Our whole family loved this home, so cute, so cozy and very clean! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
