Welcome to Regency Isle 601, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located directly on the pristine sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. This spacious and well-equipped unit offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable beach getaway.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, visible from both the living area and the master suite. The open-concept living space is perfect for family gatherings, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and ample counter space, makes preparing meals a breeze.

Great place and location. Views are amazing. Only complaint that we had was a lot of clutter for our liking and the place could use a new coat of paint. That being said, it was clean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed time on the patio and the great access to the beach.

After many years of visiting Orange Beach, we have finally found our home away from home! We loved every minute of our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and quiet.It was stocked with all of the things we needed to begin our stay. Its in a great location, not too busy at all. We had plenty of beach space without being on top of others. The view from our balcony was perfect and the balcony itself is quite large. The hosts were incredible. We not only added a day to the beginning of our stay but also extended our stay and they were more than accommodating to help us. If you have a large family and travel with kids, you will absolutely love this place.
