Welcome to Phoenix West 606, a stunning 3-bedroom, 4-bath Gulf-front condo offering 1,956 sq. ft. of spacious coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. This beautifully designed retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation.

Step inside and enjoy the bright, open living area filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The large private balcony overlooks the turquoise Gulf waters—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves.

The open layout allows everyone to gather comfortably, whether you're planning the day's adventures or unwinding after fun in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not enjoying Orange Beach's amazing local restaurants.

Each of the three bedrooms is exceptionally spacious and features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for every guest. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

As a guest at Phoenix West, you'll enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, sauna, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands.

This 3 bedroom condo is very tastefully decorated with calming blue hues and a wonderful view of the gulf coast. The lazy River was a delightful experience as was the indoor pool and hot tub.

Nice property… love the 3 Bedrooms and 4 bath units. Have stayed here before. Our stand alone ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice from the machine in parking garage for coolers. Dishwasher needs replacing. Smelled mold in primary suite closet. Otherwise was great.

Great condo

Property was awesome. Good location and staff working the hotel were great. It was nice having security take their jobs seriously and keeping unwanted people from trespassing. The only we had with the rental is the single queen bed in one of the guest rooms was terribly uncomfortable and is highly wore in on one side. The bed also sits very high and my wife found it troubling to get in. Besides that there are ZERO complaints.

Best at Orange Beach

The room included 3 bd each with its own bath, plus another full bath in hall. Great location. Overlooking beach and lazy river. Indoor pool good for laps. Wolf Bay (great oysters), 5 miles from Gulf Shores as well.

Great place to stay

Everything was great except they list the sofa as a sofa sleeper. It has a cover over it, so it's a bit of work to take it all apart and put back together in the morning. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Wonderful Family Beach Location

First time in Alabama and Orange Beach. We loved the location of the Condo and its beautiful views. Beach access was fantastic. Condo was nice and roomy for our party of six adults. Very spacious and cute decor. Would have liked better furniture on the balcony such as comfy couches or seating rather than the standard recliner chairs and high-top table and chairs. Balcony was my favorite place to hang out and listen to the waves. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as it has a dip in the middle which make it uncomfortable for two people sleeping. We loved the layout of the lazy river and outdoor pools, but they were very cold, and we all thought they should be heated during cooler weather for more enjoyment. Overall, it was a wonderful property and we all agreed we would stay there again.
