I can't say enough good things about this property. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and stocked with everything we needed and more. It's clear that a great deal of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable.Carla was an outstanding host. She communicated promptly, answered every question quickly, and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Her responsiveness and genuine desire to make sure we had a great experience made all the difference.Without a doubt, this ranks among the very best Vrbo rentals we've ever experienced. I highly recommend it!

This property is amazing with a lake view. Has everything you need plus some. Everything is so clean and it’s so comfortable and cozy. The host is amazing and answered any questions I had. We will be going back!!

Fantastic house with a great host. My boys ran into the house and said daddy this place is awesome! Great communication with the host on preparing for the stay and checking out. The host provided helpful tips about the local area as well. The house was better than the pictures. Everything was in great condition with no issues. Looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was great from the get go. Host was very responsive. The property was beautiful and exactly as described.The only concern was that the hot tub was not clean at check-in; however, this was promptly addressed the next day.Area was beautiful with nice trail along the lake. Everyone had fun.

Our family came out for a short Mother's Day weekend getaway and this house was phenomenal. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the adults loved all the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Carla had everything you could imagine stocked - from dog crates to kids toys to cooking equipment. The house was immaculate and sitting outside by the tabletop fire was so relaxing. Communication with Carla was quick and easy and she was able to help with any questions we had that came up during our stay. One of the best rental houses I have ever stayed in and would highly recommend if you are in the Alpine Lake area.

Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Kitchen was amazing very well equipped and nice touches of a snack basket and a pancake bar, along with coffee and teas. Great location, beautiful hiking in the area. Pool/fitness center was nice to have access to. Hot tub at house after long day of hiking. Pet friendly made this perfect for our getaway. Thanks so much.

Great clean house, the drive to get anywhere is a bit of a stretch but it’s definitely worth the trip. We travel once a year out this way to head over to a mountaineers game. Let’s go MOUNTAINEERS!!!

Hands down the most well-thought-out rental I’ve ever stayed in!If I could give this home more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we walked through the door, it was obvious how much care and consideration was put into making their guests feel completely at home.Usually, when you stay at a rental, you have to run out to the grocery store immediately for paper towels, extra trash bags, or basic seasonings, not here. They truly thought of everything.The space was impeccably clean.The kitchen was fully stocked with top-tier cookware, sharp knives, a fantastic coffee and pancake bar setup, and a full spice rack. Cooking meals here was an absolute breeze.Super comfortable beds with crisp, high-quality linens. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of extra fluffy towels, full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and even lotion. Communication was seamless, friendly, and responsive from day one. It’s so rare to find a place where you literally don't have to worry about a single detail.Thank you for hosting us and setting the gold standard for vacation rentals! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

I highly recommend this home to anyone as a great family getaway! We spent our family Christmas here and the home was beautifully decorated for the holidays and offered amenities that everyone enjoyed. We had a family of 9 with ages from 3 to 55. The Karaoke machine was a great hit with everyone and the arcade machine offered about 3000 games to chose from. The young adults loved the pool table and everyone enjoyed being able to relax in the large 8 person hot tub. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed the toys in the toy closet which kept him busy and happy the entire trip. Also, One thing that is very important to us when we vacation is cleanliness of the property and bedrooms and this home did not disappoint. Every room was beautiful and spacious in addition to being immaculate. It is very clear that the home owner takes great pride in this property and values their guest. Communication was constant throughout our stay to ensure we had no issues and was happy. I highly recommend staying here and thank you to the owner for making this such an awesome experience for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Great House, Great Host — But Disappointed About the PoolThe house itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It did not disappoint. Carla was also wonderful to work with; she kept us updated, offered lots of helpful suggestions, and was always easy to reach.My only disappointment was the community pool. When I originally inquired before booking, I asked specifically about the pool because our winter trip was planned around giving the kids swimming time. I was told that she didn’t have control over the pool, which I understood. However, the night before our trip I checked in again and learned that the pool had been closed due to cold weather the previous weekend and a broken part. She kindly offered a discount and an alternate weekend, but by then it was too late for us to change plans.Overall, the house and host were great, but unfortunately the kids didn’t get the pool experience that our vacation was centered around.

Amazing house and host!!

This is an amazing house and a beautiful location. I cannot say enough about how the host has filled this home with everything you could possibly need. It has all the amenities you have at home, and most likely more. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the deck, the hot tub, and the wide open kitchen and living area where the whole family could gather. The kitchen is loaded with every tool and appliance you can think of, not to mention spices galore. If you forget to pack something, don’t fret, you’ll find that the host has provided complimentary items for your convenience.The host is wonderful and responsive to any questions you may have. A few days before our arrival I received a message with clear instructions for the check-in process, which was quick and easy, along with suggestions for travel directions, nearby restaurants, and options for food shopping. The host was very personable and messaged me several times during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. I cannot say anything negative about my experience with this rental. In fact, I wish this host had a rental home at every one of my destinations, I’d be a customer for life.
