Unwind in this centrally located, 1st floor, 2 family, comfy house in Syracuse.
2 miles from I-81 & NYS interstate,
Destiny USA, downtown, Syracuse, local restaurants, breweries, hospitals, Syracuse university, JMA wireless Dome, Hancock Airport, Amphitheater, museums, hiking, biking & lakes are all less than 10 minutes away.
This cozy home has 2 queen bedrooms, both with tv’s, A bathroom with a bathtub to soak in or shower, along with all the essentials,
There is a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and private, & off street parking. Guests are sure to feel right at home while here. We have thought of your every need to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Be sure to make enough time to enjoy some great local craft beer, go to a museum, see a concert at the Amphitheater, visit one of many beautiful & serene Lakes, be captivated by a waterfall, explore the wine trails around the Finger Lakes, do some skiing at Song or Labrador Mountain, or ice skating in downtown Clinton Square. You can spend an entire day at the beautiful & scenic Beak N Skiff, while enjoying some hard cider at the 1911 tasting room & hearing some of the best local musicians. There is plenty of Apple picking fun for the entire family. Or you could head on over to Tim’s pumpkin patch to pickout the perfect pumpkin, indulge yourself with the most delicious pumpkin baked goods you’ll ever have, do some punkin chunkin, feed the goats & so much more. And if visiting during the winter months, lights on the lake is a must do! Because the region has so much offer year round & Syracuse is lucky enough to have 4 beautiful seasons, you might have a hard time choosing what to do first. We were very happy here while bringing the oldest to SU, and Sue was wonderful. She clearly puts a lot of thought into making her Vrbo a welcoming environment. Highly recommend for anyone needing the extra room.

Sue was a very gracious host with amazing communication! Her home was super clean, had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy and well communicated. Even had a few goodies for us and the dog will definitely be using this property or any of her others when we come up again!

Perfect Place for Visiting Syracuse Friends

Sue’s home was clean, quiet, comfortable and exactly what we needed when we came to Syracuse from NYC, with our dog, to visit friends. A real “home away from home.” The hosts are great!

I can’t rate this exact property per se because I ended up staying in the upstairs unit rather than the down stairs that I had booked. The interior is stunning and very comfortable to stay in. Beautifully decorated. Lots of great amenities. Many toiletries, plush towels, snacks on the counter, and drinks the fridge. The outside could use some attention. The back yard was not exactly as pet friendly as advertised. There were many piles of dog left behind from previous renters. I have never experienced this before. There is a lot of clutter piled up in the yard that looks like it is something that used to be something a child could play on/ with. I am not sure if it is still in safe conditions to be used. While the yard is partially fenced in, it is not fully fenced in. The neighbors on both sides have dogs that ran the fence line and barked at us/ our dog. (Not sure if they live there or if they were weekend rental guests as well.) The check in process became a bit stressful. I was asked to move to the upstairs unit due to cleaning staff calling out. I was told I could access it early and it would be available anytime. Then told the host might be be back in town early enough to let me in. I never asked for early check in regardless. Just simply gave them time I would be arriving, but more than willing to wait for check in time. Was then sent multiple text though out the evening asking how things were going and if we needed anything. It became overwhelming.

Great Location, Great Host!

Me, my Partner and our elderly Dog recently moved to the area, and stayed here while we waited for our movers to deliver our things. This listing was perfect for our needs! Very nicely decorated with a great book selection, the Host Sue was quick to respond and very kind, she welcomed us to the area! This listing was in a great location, very safe to walk our dog in, it was close to plenty of restaurants and shops, but Sue the host was kind enough to provide some beverages for us which was a life saver once we got our stuff inside! Very great listing, we had a very minor issue with ants in the kitchen, but there were some ant traps provided under the sink so it was a very non-issue! 10/10 would recommend staying here, it’s a great introduction to Syracuse!

The perfect place

I put my coaches in this lovely place while they were in town for a weekend volleyball tournament. This property is very well maintained and clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Once they checked in I got a text from my coaches say "10/10 would recommend". I will definitely be booking this property for them again next year if it is available!

My husband Pat & myself have been married for over 21 years, we have 3 adult children, 3 grandsons, 4 grand pups, 1 grand kitty & 2 furry senior dogs of our own. We have multiple properties, & have been landlords for over 21 years. Some of our great tenants have been with us for many years.
Apx 4 years ago we began renting fully furnished, properties to traveling nurses/professionals & we’ve really enjoyed it.
In Aug 2024 we began airbnb & so far it has been incredibly successful.
We are brand new to VRBO and excited to begin this new adventure with expanding the level of comfort we strive to bring each guests.
