The Space:
This Charming cottage is BIG on comfort. There are many seating areas in home and yard for enjoying a book, your favorite beverage or watching the kids play. We are less than a mile to two beach accesses, and centered between New Buffalo, MI and Michigan City, IN for shopping and restaurants. Indiana Dunes Nat'l Park, Warren Dunes Sate Park, New Buffalo Public Beach, and Washington Park Beach, all within 20 minutes.

Guest Access:
Entire house and yard are accessible to guest.

The Neighborhood:
Tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball courts and playground are 10 minute walk. 9 Hole public golf course open in season (April - Nov.)
Lake Michigan Beach access within 1 mile (a 20 minute walk).

Getting Around:
Amtrak train to New Buffalo, MI stop which is 4 miles from the cottage. Local transportation company info available from host.
4 miles to Silver Event Center and Four Winds Casino. Uber/LYFT not available but host has contacts for transportation companies.

Other Things to Note:
-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.
- There is technically only ONE bedroom. The second sleeping area is the loft. The loft has two twin beds and its own bathroom. While it is private, It is a true loft so there is no door. If you would like more pictures please feel free to ask!
