This is a great property. It is nicely decorated and is well stocked with kitchen dishes and pots, etc. It has a nice open space where people can gather while others are cooking. The hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating.

Spent a long weekend with my parents. It was very easy to find. Was clean & easy to checkin/out of. Would have liked more comfortable seating in the living room as the couch was the most comfortable & the other chairs weren’t great for extended time spent just relaxing. The bed in the front bedroom seemed very tall therefore was a little difficult to get in. I’m 5’3” & basically had to put one knee on the bed & crawl/climb into the bed. Once you got in it was a very comfortable bed just hard to get into for someone shorter. Overall would more than likely stay here again if ever return to the area.

The house is very well cleaned and adorable! Walked in to it smelling like a new house! Everything was easy to find and use. The entire family fell in love with this house and the area! We caught a beautiful sunset on the beach our first night with the close proximity to the beach. We highly recommend this home for your next stay!

Only a couple of things that could’ve made our stay better. The grill had not been cleaned and the propane tank needed to be changed. Extra tanks were located on a shelf too high for us to reach. The other thing was the Keurig left coffee grounds in my cup…LOTS of coffee grounds. But we figured out another plan instead. The place was immaculately clean and comfortable!

This is such an ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient to all SW MI/Harbor Country has to offer, has fantastic amenities, and fit nearly all our needs!! Would have liked a blender, but we managed anyway!! And the hosts are there to help!! Can't wait to come back!!

Vacation 2025

Absolutely wonderful... beautiful home, peaceful area and we loved the easy access for our son in a wheelchair. We saw deer everyday. It was a great location close to everything we was there to see...the beaches, the boat racing in Michigan City, St. Joseph for shopping, and more. We loved it and hope to stay there again soon

Love this little spot in Michiana Shores! Came back to NWI for a visit with friends and family and this is a great spot to have as our home base. Home has the twin beds in one room which is great for kids. About a .75 walk to the beach and two parks super close by which is nice.

Exceptional

It was very nice stay there. Everything was provided beyond my expectation. It’s better than what I expect. The only thing we having issues was due to storms we were out of power for couples hours (but I know that is out of control). The host is very friendly and very nice. Recommend for anyone. It was great staying.

Family Girl’s Trip

We stayed here for the accessibility, as one family member is in a wheelchair. The ramp was very useful and the layout made for easy moving about, but the throw rugs were a bit of an issue. The shower in the master suite is a poor design as the built in bench sets back too far from the shower heads and without a door, the water goes out onto the floor. Luckily, we brought a shower stool with us. The house was very nicely decorated and overall, a comfortable place to stay. Cookware could be better and a handbook helpful.
