New 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in The Villages (Newell) with golf cart included. Pet friendly, near Franklin Recreation Center & Saw Grass Grove entertainment. Our “Blue Bungalow” has simple charm making you feel right @ home!
Fully furnished home with fenced in yard features an open floor plan with large kitchen & pantry. There is lots of natural light, & screened in lanai where you can sit & enjoy the sunrise. The backyard is private & fully fenced in (great if you have furry friends).
Primary bedroom has a king bed & en suite bath with walk-in shower and 2 walk in closets. The guest room has a queen size bed & bathroom that becomes a private suite when hall pocket door is closed. Carpeting in all bedrooms gives a homey, comfy vibe. A third bedroom is for owner storage only. Washer & gas dryer is located in a separate laundry room.
Our home comes with a complementary E-Z GO electric 2 seater golf cart with road side assistance to get you around The Villages. Three local recreation centers (all within 2.5 miles) help to enhance your stay and take in all The Villages has to offer. Live like a Villager and enjoy all the amenities including golfing for free using a temporary resident ID for a nominal fee.
Streaming Smart TV’s, internet, WiFi, utilities, trash, lawn, pest services are included. Fully equipped kitchen with new linens, including towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided. No smoking is allowed in the unit. Started paper goods & cleaning supplies provided along with basic kitchen seasonings.
Villager temporary resident ID’s are available for a fee to allow you access to “resident only amenities” for the length of your stay.
Well-behaved, non shedding dogs are considered. Please inquire about your pet before booking.
NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed inside the property.
