Karolyn and Matt were very helpful and welcoming hosts and the house was really nice! It was just what we needed for meals, sleep, and as home base for outings to nearby Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Bonus - the swimming pool and clubhouse of the gated community were a stone's throw from the house and the kids had a great time there as well.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, and the development it is in was wonderful! We spend time in York and Ogunquit on vacation as we have family there and it is the perfect location so the crazy summer traffic didn't effect us too much.

The best place to stay! This was my 2nd time staying here this summer. From start to finish everything was perfect. The check-in process is easy and great communication with the hosts throughout the stay. The cottage is supplied with everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen fully stocked. I appreciated how quiet it was overnight since I’m such a light sleeper. Just a great rental!

Pink Sands Beach Dreams cottage

Really enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was cute and cozy. Amazing location-we stay in wells but spend a lot of time in Ogunquit this was perfect. Within the complex this location was wonderful very close to the pool. Very quiet setting. Cottage had all the essentials (though really no place to store dry goods from grocery story so need to plan accordingly- for us this wasn’t a problem. Plenty of linen and beach towels. Karolyn and Matt were very responsive to my pre vacation questions and checked in on us. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome summer rental! This place is fabulous. Perfectly located in the Beach Dreams community, it’s in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk from the pool/clubhouse. This is very convenient if you forgot something. The pool area is beautiful with all sizes of lounge chairs and ample shade.The cottage was very clean upon arrival and is equipped with everything. Having a washer & dryer is a nice bonus.I would highly recommend this rental, Karolyn & Matt are terrific hosts and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We had a wonderful week!
