The hosts were accommodating and answered any/all questions and requests. The cottage was nicely located for us in Wells. We were needing a few days for visiting family.

Had a very difficult first night but talked to owner about making a change and he was most accommodating. Rest of the trip went very well. We wiil think seriously about returning for another trip next year if circumstances make it possible

Very busy Highway right in Front of the place and we couldn’t see the harbor from any of the cabins just the back of a large hotel and parking lot.There was an area to walk dogs which was a plus.The bathrooms were quite small and it took several flushes to flush and when you did flush the water did some gurgling in the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink. Kinda weird septic system.We overall had a wonderful time in the area.

Property was clean and neat. Location for walking is great. breakfast and steak house was very good and in walking distance. Many more places we didn’t have a chance to try.

Wells Maine Cottage

Fine except that the two bathrooms were much too small. Could barely turn around anywhere in each. Could not completely bend down in the shower. They were just too small. At 5’8” this was very awkward.

Week long "get away" with friends

The cottage was cute and what we would call "rustic". It could have used a few more "basics" (baggies, foil, etc.). The location was convenient to the beaches and great restaurants but is located on a very busy (road noise) road.Nice pool for cooling off in the heat! Great "dog friendly" place!

Wonderful Cottage and Great Hosts!

I stayed in Wells for a couple days to relax and it was perfect. The cottage is super clean, and it was easy to communication with the hosts. The property is close to great food, grocery stores, and a short driv to the beach. Absolutely would stay there again. The cottages are quintessential Maine!

Stacey and Chip were great. The location is very central with pretty easy access. Of course, that means there can be some noise from the highway. But, everything about the stay was super easy.

Weekend Get Away

Last minute plan to go visit one of our favorite places in Maine with our 2 dogs. The location was convenient and cottage was cozy. The host was very responsive. The only draw back was the bathrooms were a bit small but everything else was great.

Enjoyed the Area

This cabin was very nice and had all we needed. It was a great location, easy to find and not far to Kennebunkport area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bathrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty much identical, the bedrooms are a nice size as was the kitchen and living room. But the bathrooms are very small and had little room. One person in our party is fairly large and had a very hard time using the restroom. We did enjoy our time there!

Cozy cottage

Cute cabins. The beds were very comfortable. We came up to Maine every Labor Day weekend as kids. Property is close to beach, grocery and mini golf course. Quiet place. Enjoyed it very much!

Another lovely visit to Wells Beach

This is my husband and I’s 4th year staying at these cottages and we had a lovely time. We loved the updates that have been made to Cottage 1 and Stacey and Chip were both super nice, helpful and accommodating during our stay! :)

Cozy cottage near restaurants and beach

The cottage was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Two beds, two little baths, and full kitchen. We loved the 2 screened patios, and the owners are great too!

Memorial Day Getaway

Traditional Maine cottage. Plenty of room for the 3 of us + our large dog. It was great having 2 bedrooms each with their own small bathroom and screened-in porch! The open LR, DR, kitchen separates the 2 bedrooms so there's plenty of privacy. Cottage had everything we needed, bed linens, towels, TP, paper towels, and soaps, so no extras to pack or to shop for. Beds were comfortable. AC/fans and plenty of windows helped keep the cottage cool and comfortable. Close to great restaurants and food trucks. Would definitely stay there again.
